Tried two and both wouldn't work out of the box

Took it to BB and they recommended to replacement. Second one I received was exactly the same. Returning it as well and purchased a Lenovo.

I couldn't work out where the sound was coming from the first few times I had it on. By the time I realized it was the laptop. it was too late to return it.
