We upgraded it to windows 11 about a month after purchasing and its been awesome. Speed is amazing. He loves it and i Sometimes use it myself because I'm still on 8.1 with my laptop.

Email correspondence with manufacturer was slow and repetitive. Had no choice but to return the device.

I returned it and I am writing this on a laptop I bought after I gave up on this one. Customer service keeps harassing me because they think its all my fault. I am SOOOO done with this ....

First of all there is a huge problem with windows I can't install anything even though I haven't used half the storage. Windows on here is so buggy there are so many errors and on top of that the keyboard is poorly made and is so hard to use. Don't even get me started on the trackpad which is so buggy does not work and the camera is terrible with the latency. There is also a huge light leakage on the screen I regret buying this and I will return it soon you should not buy this waste of money.

It was not possible to turn it on. SSD is not defined by the system. On 4 restart it simply turned off and no more responds! Stay away from this product!

Great value for the price

Runs better than expected and does exactly what I need it too. Also free upgrade to windows 11 was a plus.

It’s a simply and clean little laptop. It’s perfect for light programs and internet/school use. The screen is very nice. Keyboard feel big and cheap compared to most but it’s a reasonably priced laptop.

Requested a replacement more than a week ago, still not shipped yet. I should have returned it right away.

Needed a new one for work and didn’t have a lot of money so that’s why I got this one. I had to remove the “S” from windows 10S so I could download my work program and I removed it on my own using utube, pretty easy
