Disappointed and plan to return it. I bought this as a gift brand new, not open box. It was fine the first time she used it just slow and the computer turned off with no warning and battery was not low. Then it starts up with a static weird noise then seems fine but will turn off at any time with no warning even when plugged in.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for a family member who only uses it for emails and to watch videos. It's only been a week, but so far it's been perfect for those uses. The set up was the easiest I have ever experienced. For the price (under $250) I think it's a great value. If anything changes, I will update.

Decent little compact computer that has good specs for the price point. A little tricky at first knowing which spot was power versus headphone jack. Overall nice compact size that is lightweight that will allow me to do some extras. Great for college

I LOVE my new laptop. Great buy. I mainly got it for basic stuff. Like, playing old school games from Steam, watch YouTube, website shopping, and streaming TV shows. It’s amazing and I absolutely love it. If you see it go on sale again, I say, get it!!!

I bought this as open box "certified" only because I could get it faster and it should have been just like a new one out of the box. When I started it up, it made a noise like static on the TV back when I was a kid. Also, the screen was "bleeding" from the top and the corners. It also didn't like me using control c and control v too much. lol. Needless to say, I took it back yesterday and now I am writing this from my open box Dell computer. The review for that will be up in a few days.

Bought the first one and would not load up, took it back and exchanged it and the second one did the same thing. Took it back exchanged if for a different computer.

Useless after two weeks waiting I had to go to the store to pickup. Instructions said to charge fully before using, so I left it on overnight charge. Next morning it would not boot up, showed errors and if you unplug the power cord it shut down, the battery would not run the unit. I took it back to the store and in good faith they exchanged for a better laptop.

It’s not horrible for its price, but don’t expect much from it. Expect buttons not to work from time to time, and crappy audio quality (I’d recommend using some type of earbuds/headphones)

We got this as a Christmas present for my son. We did open it and checked it out. We are very pleased with our purchase. I also was grateful that the larger Ram was suggested and now hopefully this computer will last him until at least high school.

upon arrival it did not work was sent a new one still does not work this product has been no good and a hassle. I would not purchase or recommend purchasing.

Bought this for my dad and set it up for him wit Windows 11. Works perfect for streaming and the basic usage he makes of it. If you're looking for something low end to stream and use word processors this is a very accessible price

I purchased this March 31 and received the computer April 4. On May 25 it bricked. That is less than two months of use before it died.

My Grandson saved up his money to buy a laptop. When I saw this one at BestBuy I couldn't pass it up. Nice and sleek, easy to setup and will support the games he likes to play. Perfect for a kid to learn on.

Dont like it. Cant download what i need to download. Other than that, good for regular computer but my business stuff, its no help

Absolute garbage picked it up brand new in box and it just says preparing automatic repair in an infinite loop

I was so excited to get this computer because of the price and storage. However, the computer never turned on, even after following all the start up instructions. This computer is not worth buying and I would definitely NOT recommend this item.
