They really did a nice job for a follow up game. GOW is an awesome game. I would highly recommend playing the 1st one as well. Great boss fights and the story line is engaging. One of my favorite single player games. This would be great if it was multiplayer but it’s great as it stands solo. What’s better is they offer it in a ps5 bundle now.

when it comes to an RPG & when you want to play in single player mode, God of War is that choice. i have envied owning this game after all the Facebook & YouTube cinematics. i was hooked. i almost wish it was a movie more then a game, the story line & characters are every little boys fantasy & that's exactly how it makes me feel. like getting too be a kid all over again

I am amazed by how good the story is and by the fantastic gameplay as well. Highly recommend for those who like action games.

Really great story and game play combat really good as well

The game looks and runs well on my PS5. There is a puzzling option to choose between performance and graphics but the graphical fidelity doesn’t change but the performance definitely becomes worse, so that is something to keep in mind. This game also has new mechanics so the combat feels a bit more finnicky and less tight and precise as the first one. Other than that, I can say that I am enjoying the story and the gameplay overall.

Literally the perfect sequel to a perfect game. It’s an eager follow up to God of War 2018, keeping not only the quality, but expanding the lore of Kratos and his son Atreus. With the FREE Valhalla DLC on PSN, you really can’t go wrong with this game. The soundtrack, the voice work, the graphics, the combat- it’s literally a near perfect experience.

This is a great game. It couldn't have been laid out any better. It was very entertaining. Some of the seens that you have to sit through are long and could have been shorter. Other than that. I loved this game. I hear that it is the last God of War. I hope my sources are wrong and the game series continues.

It's like playing a movie. The combat doesn't quite feel as satisfying as in the first game, but it's still incredible and the extra flexibility in this game makes up for it.

The graphics and story on this game are absolutely incredible!

The game builds upon what made the last one great with new abilities, characters and world building. Visually stunning and musically just as intense and immense as any other game. I highly reccomend for any fan of the franchise, anyone obsessed with the norse gods, or just looking to lose yourself to an amazing story for hours at a time.
