The door bell is great. A bit bigger than I expected, but I guess that means people can't missed it, right? I have Google Home so hearing chimes thru the speakers is an additional benefit if you are someone that doesn't carry their smartphones around the house. However, I bought a refurbished version and the battery life is dreadful. I've had it about a month and I've already had to recharge twice. Since I do like everything else about the product, I might update by buying a brand new one before summer when I might go away for vacation.

works like new, no scratches or dents or anything. Mounting can be a challenge, but used a no-drill door mount and it fit perfectly. great video quality and long lasting battery, easy to set up/use with existing Google Home account.

Works good and I get notifications fairly quickly. Good picture quality and audio. Living in a area with four seasons I wish the battery didn't die as quickly in colder weather. Overall a good product for the money.

Great video doorbell. It works flawlessly and syncs up great with other google assistant products. The video looks super clear and it’s very easy to manage from the Google Home app. I definitely recommend it.

Easy to use but battery last 3 weeks only. Nevertheless is simple to charge

It works great, but i wanted the battery to last a bit longer and it sometimes lags when i am trying to view the live angle.

Everything needed comes in the box including a wedge to angle it slightly. Would benefit from a way to angle it down more since the wide eye lens has a huge field of view. Battery should last longer for such a large doorbell.

Really great camera doorbell. So seamless if you already use Google home devices. You can beat the value of certified refurbished from best buy. Couldn't tell the difference from new.

This doorbell works really good with and without wires. The doorbell has a very high quality camera with great facial recognition and object scanning.

Good doorbell it’s basically free if you don’t need storage it’ll record for three hours but if you miss the recording, it will delete the recording. So you may need to subscribe in order to get the full benefits but I’ve used it for a year without having to pay the six dollars a month and rely on the free service. Another con though is that it does not like the cold, below freezing it can drain the battery, so it’s best to bring it inside.

This is an amazing doorbell and weve had it for a week. Leading into thanksgiving, weve been able to play with the new doorbell jingles ans as we were already baked into the google home ecosystem, see that the doorbell integrates beautifully with notifying us on the devices when someone approaches. Battery life is about a month which is wonderful and we get no false alerts, only people and packages, which is perfect!!

I was a little worried because a week after installing it, it disconnected from my Wi-Fi. I had to do a hard reset by pressing and holding the reset button for 10 seconds. Never experienced that when I bought a new one previous to this. Long story that’s not related to the device itself. After reconnecting to Wi-Fi though, it’s been working like a charm. I wish you could give 4.5 stars.

Exactly what I needed, video camera that displays on Smart TVs and notifications on Android.

Great used buy. Works well. Used it at my apartment and my house now. Good quality. Google does require nest aware subscription for 30 day storage.
