We have several of the original Google home speakers in the house. The sound quality is much improved on this one. I did like the size/shape of the originals a little better because we could put them on stands that work as outlet covers in small spaces like the bathroom. With this being a little bigger I'm not sure how well that would work out now.

Great sound. It is heavy and won’t fall over. I wish it was a bit lighter.

I had an older one for several years ,did very well still using it, bought the new one to put in kitchen, works very well, I would recommend it.

I scatter these around the house and use them for whole house audio, especially nice during Christmas for some light blackground music.

It’s a nice sounding speaker for a smart assistant and obviously integrates well with Google Home accessories. It doesn’t have the latest specs though with no Thread radio which is a shame since Google doesn’t update these devices that often it seems.

Very satisfied with the product, even better combined with other speakers using google home.

A smart home essential. Good quality of sound and it does not take up much space.

There are improvements compared to the previous google home in vocals, highs, and mids… and is cheaper! it has more bass but there is something about it that doesn’t hit me as I’d wish to totally enjoy my music. I find some low sounds not defined and clear and since this is called nest audio…. I think it’s one of the best if not the best options in smart speaker in this price range and it does the work really well. It’s a 4.5 for me.

I've had this for a few weeks now and it is definitely faster than my previous Google Home. This has great sound for the size. I do think it is a little over priced but if you are invested in Google, you have to pay to play. This thing is great for my SiriusXM, my alarms for work in the morning, and turning off my LIFX light bulb. I miss the multi colored lights but that's a small complaint.

This new generation smart speaker has excellent sound and design.

Sound is incredible for the price. My wife loves it for blasting Taylor Swift while she bangs out a cake.

Has great features and easy to set up and use without having to pay extra money for services like many others out there
