Posted .Hi, Carter. We understand that it can be harder to integrate the iOS device with your Google Nest Audio. By default, apps on iOS are blocked from accessing the local network. When setting up your Wi-Fi network, you'll need to grant the Google Home app access to the local network on your iOS device.Go to your iOS device's Settings.Make sure Bluetooth is on. To turn it on, tap Bluetooth and tap the toggle.Scroll down, then tap the Google Home app.Tap the Local Network toggle on.To get more information by clicking: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/12961504Regarding playing music from Apple Music, first link your Apple Music account in the Google Home app. You can also select Apple Music as your default music streaming service. Not user friendly, not for private music enjoyment

If you’re someone who owns an extensive, personal music library and just want to listen through iTunes on your devices, these speakers won’t work. They also keep dropping the Bluetooth connection regardless of the settings and will often only work after factory resetting, which has to be done every couple of hours. I hate that I spend money on these and wish I’d gotten something else.

It doesn’t feel cheaply made. As it’s a google assistance, it’s great in helping. But the sound quality is the best item among all.

Audio Latency deal breaker

Set up as well is difficult to pair. Returning unfortunately

Seems to pair fine but TONS of sync delay (like 1-2 seconds) when it works well, one of the pair often goes silent for a few minutes at a time or audio in/out choppy on one, volume control (on chromecast remote) works only half the time, and bluetooth never stays connected from one use to the next (it shows connected but doesn't work and needs to be disconnected then reconnected to work again). Bottom line, constant fight when used as a pair, and no update has fixed it yet. Same fight for over 2 months of ownership

Nest Audio is a standalone smart speaker, so while you can’t use it as a sound bar via Bluetooth, you can pair it to your Chromecast with Google TV and include your TV in a speaker group for playing your music, podcasts and more. When pairing the Nest Audios, make sure that they are placed on top of a solid, level surface and away from the edge of the surface; and at the same height as each other. If you have a dual band router, try setting up your Nest Audio on either the 2.4GHz or 5GHz bands and see which band is more stable
