Didn't Meet Expectations

You can't even go back 30mins after your free trial is up. It was advertised as being able to go back 3 hours without an account. The picture is great, but you can't use the highest setting unless you have a super fast internet connection. Ours is slow so no high quality videos and it goes out all the time. Great idea, but wish we had gone with camera's that backed up to a hard drive in our home.
