Older model better

I have 2 cameras in opposite corners. In the evening one is clear and bright and the newer camera provides a much darker image, and yes the night vision lights are on.

Probably one of the best cameras out there.

I only wish the quality of the picture was better. For instance, when mounted on the front of a house you cannot make out alicense plate on a car in the driveway or on the street or details of a persons face. I had someone take something off my front porch right underneath where the camera is mounted and I could not tell who the person was or what they really looked like. That something that could be important if any foul play is detected. Picture is grainy especially when zooming in.
