I was going to send them back thinking I had three weeks with them and then I was denied. I was only giventwo weeks for return. Very upset I don't know anybody who can help me set this up and trying to find a person on a phone anywhere I'm finding it impossible. I need help every step of this if I am to be able to use them. Any ideas? I got them to watch over my 92-year-old mother and my pet when I am away.

Here's a step-by-step on how you can setup the Nest Cam Indoor:
1. Plug your camera into a power outlet before entering the serial number and entry key.
2. Tap Continue without scanning at the bottom of the QR code screen.
3. Select Google Nest Cam, then pick the camera model you’re setting up from the list.
4. Type in the entry key. Tap Show me how to see where the entry key or serial number is, if you can’t find it on your camera.
5. Tap Next.
6. Type in the serial number on the next screen. The app will then continue with setup. If you see an invalid serial number error, make sure your camera is plugged in before trying again.
7. Tap Next. The app will then continue with setup.
You can also try USB setup
- You can also connect your Nest Cam to a computer with the included USB cable to set up your camera. This method will work for all cameras except Nest Cam IQ.

Subscription after 30 day mark is pricey but if your looking for live notifications rather than saved history, it is great. I use to check up on animals and make sure my house is safe.

If someone was breaking in there is a great possibility that they could not hear me if I was letting them know they are being recorded
