great camera. takes 10 min to set it up. would recommend it.

This camera has a very good picture quality and love that you can record 10 days of time. I have bought a few for each room in my home.

This is my 5th nest item in addition to 2 other nest came, outdoor cam and thermostat. I love having coverage of the home all on one app.

It works just fine for 30 days with the 30 day free app. Then you find out that there is no local PC storage, no motion monitoring or local history. All you have is a real time view. I expected to loose the iphone and internet but not the local ability to use my PC to run the camera in a security/motion mode. Eventually I found that there is a really small typed explanation on the box that, at my age, I needed a magnifier to read. The product should be labeled camera/viewer only in bold letters. I love Best Buy and continue to buy their products both online and in the store, but I'm done with Nest.

very clean video, and auto-adjusts to your WiFi speed (doesn't hog the bandwidth) and gives a big piece of mind when you are not home

Does not state internet is required and no local storage option. Must pay for monthly subscription or you only have a web camera that you can only view when you login to it. For that option I can purchase a cheaper IP camera and save it locally. You aren't notified that the subscription is over until after 30 days, past the return policy. Now I have a $200 IP camera that I can't store locally and need to pay more then half the price of the product a year to have a rewind feature.

This camera is still going strong after 5 years. So much so, this was my first, and I have purchased 3 more throughout my home. I don't use them as security, as much as keep track of rooms when we are gone. ADT does the rest. These paired with the nest doorbells is excellent.

I'm very disappointed with this camera. The iphone app is very unreliable. More than 50% of the time, I'm unable to get a picture. Additionally, for some reason, I was not able to immediately connect the camera to our wifi system. It wasn't working one day...and then I tried the next day and it worked. I would not buy this product again and I would not recommend that anyone buy it.

Have used dropcam pro in the past but no longer available. Nestcam works just as great.

This product was easy to setup with exceptional video quality. I have bought 3 for my house and 4 for my fathers.

This is a great security device for indoor use. Clear picture.

I enjoy this camera. Makes my life more complete when technology equipment is paired with other equipment. I like that this is part of nest since i have other Nest products. I like the quality of the HD clarity and details from zooming several times. I definitely like the alerts from the app and brief look backs on the app. Love all things Nest.

Nice camara. Easy to set up disconnects once in a while

I've used the nest cam almost everywhere in the house with and with out the magnet base, works very well. What you probably need is a better wireless router to reach every corner of your house for the highest quality. Also, nest cam does a great job of only giving you alerts that you want if you sign up for watch and define zones

I used to be able to set alert zone notifications before Nest acquired them. That's the whole reason I bought this. I have a mobile hotspot and can't record to the cloud continuously. Nest charges for this functionality making the camera useless for me. Getting another camera that offers this service for free. Probably Samsung.

Have outdoor cam and nest thermostat and app works beautifully. Camera will alert you if someone is spotted when you're away or when you're home you can choose push notifications and email notifications. Will also record video for a day and you can scroll through and see footage. Go get one you won't regret it

This camera worked very well. The zoom is good and night vision excellent

I love this camera because i can view it on my phone which is like a major bonus and must have.
