    I purchased a Nest outdoor cam about a year ago and signal kept dropping. I called Nest support and was told that I had a weak signal. I kept moving the outdoor cam and the router in closer proximity to one in other but still the same issue. I bought the replacement warranty from Bestbuy and got a NEW Nest outdoor cam and my issues got resolved. I feel the original cam was defective and not the placement issue I was originally told. The cam now works wonderfully that’s why I gave the rating I did!

    I love these cameras because they keep me informed in real time. What I don't like is that I have to pay for the perks and I cannot simply save all footage to my pc (yet).
