Install is easy. the only downside is the USB cable that you need to run into your home to connect is quite bulky. Had to drill a hole through my brick and run into an existing cable TV box in the wall inside my home. After I sealed the hole outside with some all weather silicone it was all good. The only other option is to run the cable to an outdoor outlet and plug in, but that limits where you can mount your cameras.
