Great cameras!

The magnetic mount allows attaching the camera directly to a metal surface and then rotate and position very easily. For exterior installations, I find the cord is really hard to hide, or to make look good. The NEST mobile phone software is the best. The app has smooth scrolling of the continuous 24/7 video footage.

Got these because we've had several instances of theft in my neighborhood. These send timely notifications to my phone and include very easy to see screen captures of what was happening. The notifications can easily be customized to fit your needs.

Lots of fun to watch the video stream

However, the upfront cost of the cameras are expensive and then every month you are charged a fee for each camera (which I just suck it up and pay because it gives me a piece of mind. During a storm, the camera's lost wifi and I don't have the serial numbers on them and couldn't reach them to get them started online again easy. It took me a month to get the rebooted. Love the concept of them though and will get another one when money allows
