I've had the nest outdoor cam for about a month now and I must say it is working great. The setup was very simple. I had a little trouble setting up the wifi in the spot outside my house. I contacted Nest customer service who did a great job troubleshooting and resolving the issue. This is my 6th nest product in my home. You will not be disappointed in this camera!

We love our nest cameras. Have them inside and out. These were a great addition to our driveway and back patio. Love the fact that I’m not replacing batteries all the time. They also come with very long cords so you can get it to the right spot and still have reach to an outlet.

Set up and installation were easy. Phone interface with Nest Aware is excellent. The only drawback that I've found is that when there is a power outage, the camera doesn't automatically come back on line after power is restored. I had to unplug and plug it back in. Not normally an issue except I need to get a ladder in order to do it.

Perfect camera for my needs and they are so easy to install and setup.

I've had these cameras for 2 years. Easy to install and set up.

I have four Nest cam’s and they work great as long as you have a strong network to connect them to. I have to turn down the video quality or they will disconnect and I have a mesh network in my home. If you use your phone number when setting the Nest cams up and then change your phone, you will then have all sorts of problems.

The clarity day and night on this camera is great!

I have owned different surveillance cameras and I wanted to give it a try after reading some "great" reviews for this camera. It isn't worth it, at least for outdoors. What kind of security camera mounts on a magnet!? Thieves can just walk away with them. Constant wifi signal drop was turning me crazy! I have FIOS and the router was no more than 25 feet away and everytime I wanted to check my property there was an issue. Nest app went crazy after adding these cameras. I owned a Yale Lock and the app was just working fine before adding the cameras. Sooo many times, after installing the camera, I had to login over and over and over again. Finally, I made the bad decision of migrating my Nest account to Google :( The app went out of control and started getting constant email notification about wifi dropping, electrical issues, camera disconnected. Wow, I was able to return them, get my money and buy something else way cheaper that I don't have to pay a crazy subscription to be able to store footage of recent events. Bye, Nest Cams!

Excelente ítem. It records my house all day activity and can review in seconds. So easy to set up.

The only item I would mention is the cabling for the camera is over 24'-0" in length. You may want to consider that when purchasing. I resolved the close outlet problem in our case by buying a White Electrical Junction Box to place the extra cable in. I located it next to the camera and it looks fine. Great Product just wish Nest had different cable lengths.
