Customer Ratings & Reviews

I would highly recommend the nest and it was very easy to set up

we are really enjoying our cameras. Great clarity!

Good product for the driveway and swimming pool to make sure creatures and people don't intrude

I bought this camera on 4/23, got it in the mail on 4/25 and did an exchange on 4/26. I exchanged it for another Nest outdoor camara, thinking that maybe this one would work but did not. The camera works great the only thing is that it doesn't work with Android phones. They say it does and it does, the only thing it don't work with Androids is the voice feature. I can hear perfectly but when I try and talk , the sound is so low the only way you could hear it is by putting it right on your ear. I did chat with nest customer service and they helped me troubleshoot it and after 2 days of chatting with them, they send me a replacement and same thing happened, it didn't work either so I just kept my original and sent back the replacement. Nest customer service told me that it was my phone ( Samsung) that didn't work not their camera. I've read on several forums that its a feature on the Nest camara that has the issue with Androids. I did keep the camera but definitely not buying another.

Excellent cameras easy to manage and install with the cloud site

Had camera over a year and still works flawlessly.

I have four Nest cam’s and they work great as long as you have a strong network to connect them to. I have to turn down the video quality or they will disconnect and I have a mesh network in my home. If you use your phone number when setting the Nest cams up and then change your phone, you will then have all sorts of problems.

One of the best home security cameras out there for the money

Really happy with these cameras so far. Wanted a way to monitor the kids and dogs in the back yard primarily, but the 2-pack was so cost effective that we ended up doing that and installing one in the front as well. If you have easily accessible outlets these will be a breeze to install. The app works great as well.

Great outdoor camera. Works better than I expected.

Great, reliable, quality product and fairly priced.

Pricey but great for home security. super simple to install

These cameras are crystal clear, even in the dark.

Very Very User friendly. Easy to install, monitor and feel safe!

We got doorbells and this camera. The doorbells blew out our transformer, so returned the camera as well. Had a good impression on the camera (though I think Google is a little too much in your face---this camera+video+monitoring seemed a little more intrusive than I was comfortable with)

Another great Nest product. Easy setup great accessory package.

This is a good camera for beginners, very easy set up

Awesome camera I recommend this product to everyone
