You can't see at night and they go off all the time with our wifi

This is worth the investment. I have at least 5 of them. Better than Ring or other cameras because this has 24/7 recordings unlike other that only catches clips. I highly recommend Nest!

excellent however they could easily have made it so that you could drill a smaller size hole by making a quick disconnect at the camera like a phone snap connector?

I have had these cameras on the the outside of my house for over two years now and they both still function perfectly. I like the wired connection so there's no need to worry about batteries.

I liked many things about the product. Good instruction very convenient installation method. I returned it for 2 reasons. The notification system worked sporadically for me and the speaker was not loud enough.

These are similar in nature to all the Nest products in that they are super easy to set up and I absolutely love the high powered magnetic holder that allows you to position and reposition. I personally think the resolution is lacking but overall, I am not aware of a better wireless system.

I researched between the Nest and Arlo Pro cameras and decided to go with the Nest and I am very pleased with that decision. The Nest integrates with my home security system and myQ garage door. Definitely recommend.

This Nest Cameras is a wonderful product and easy to be set up for remote viewing. If you want to have recording, you have to pay for a 10 or 30 day history plan from them. It is worth it for being able to view the cameras from your phone.

Loves these cameras. so many good videos of my cats chasing racoons and opossums. Plus they're great to review footage of your yard while your away on vaycay

Purchased for my sister for her Christmas. She loves their brand and talked nonstop about wanting this. Now that she has it... she’s overjoyed and already had it installed....

I had high hopes for this camera, I'm sure many people will use this item without any complaints, but my major issue with this item is its DC transformer. This device ships with a long cable. A plug inserts into your 110v receptacle, and there's a cord, maybe about 20 feet. In the middle of the cable lies a round DC transformer, and then about another 10 feed of cable leading into the camera. This poses an aesthetics issue when this devices is installed on the exterior of your dwelling: the security camera leaves exposed cabling. If you truly want a secure camera, one would tend to install its cabling inside conduit, but with this weird transformer, it proves impossible to install this thing in conduit without cutting the cable and splicing... not something that I wanted to do on a $200 item. I returned it.

Been working great since installed....though wish I had waited for the wireless ones out now (I would've saved a lot of $$$ not paying an electrician!).

Have nest products all around my house this is a great outdoor camera I did end up having to buy the WiFi point and router because every time I closed garage it lost WiFi it works great now

I love these cameras the reason I gave them a 4 start is cause I wish they would be better in video quality. During the day they look great but the night vision looks blurry and hard to make out the vehicle’s that pass.

I had it installed by a nest approved person. He was very knowledgeable person. He installed and then walked us through the app and the proper use of it. We love it it is easy too use and understand. We are going to get 2 more camera's.

I was not sure based on the price to go with this or a cheaper system. So glad I kept it in the nest system. Works great with my Google displays and I do not regret this purchase at all.

My wife and I got this as a gift for her dad and he absolutely loved it. He uses it for the front of his house and its perfect because he can check on it on his phone and its really convenient. It also has audio so that is also great.

The Nest Cam Outdoor's cable actually comes in two portions: there's the permanently attached part from the camera itself, which is 10 feet long and ends in a USB plug, and then the power cord which is 15 feet long and has a USB socket on one end and an angled two-prong plug on the other.

Easy to install, essy to survey home thru my iphone app, the built in speaker/mic its awesome!!! You can talk to anyone that reach the door, for a guy that works all day like me, its very usefull you can be at home away from home!!

I owned one of these and then loved it so much I bought another one to mount outside. Only down side is that you have to run the wire and if a power outage happens then your cameras are down.
