We purchased several of these to keep track of the animals in the barn. They work great as long as they stay connected to the wifi. My iPhone will show full wifi connection but the camera doesn't always find the router.

I think the Nest Outdoor camera is better than the Arlo camera system I have. 24/7 recording is awesome as compared to my Arlo and I got tired of changing batteries for my Arlo.

Geek Squad protection on electronics is a must! The price makes sense and if you have any issues the team is a huge resource.

easy to set up up through app and add to existing nest products. a little more involved with mounting a but still a simple set up. works great once set up.

These cameras work perfectly for the month they give you the free nest aware account. After that, you're held hostage for the footage. As far as I can tell, there's no way to hook them to your own hard drive. So if you don't pay for the nest aware account, the cameras are virtually useless.

I have had these cameras for a year and they work great. I live in Arizona and these cameras do fine in the hot temperatures.

This is a great set of security cameras that are always on, so you don't miss any second of footage and don't need to worry about changing out batteries.

Nest Cameras are easy to use and easy to set up. We have used these outdoor versions and they stand up to all kinds of weather. Very pleased with them.

These are the best cameras I’ve ever owned. We purchased them to use while we went on vacation. Never had any issues with connectivity or clarity.

Love the cameras, easy to install. Night time vision isn't the greatest but we placed the camera near the door so if someone will approach it it should be able to catch faces but no so good for a distance face recognition

As with all nest products, I completed another nest product I nstalation successfully. Nest makes it easy with their simple to follow directions.

Picture is good speaker listening is very good, but when talk through it, it sucks. Zoom is good.

This works far better than Arlo. It DOES have 2 way talking that works in the app. Camera started off working but after 2 weeks started cutting out for video Then stopped altogether Anyone who says this doesn't let you download full clips like the other reviewer just below me- Read the instructions online or use support It DOES allow you to download custom clips of any length not just snapshots Use the desktop version for setting your custom clip The app doesn't allow custom downloads the web page on the full site version does nest get a hint tho and allow custom clips from the cellular app

The only reason we did not give this product a 5/5 review was because we have had to use our warranty due to malfunctioning of both cameras in the last year.

I would recommend this only if you have a really good router and really good internet connection, Router must be a $200+ and internet must be 5mbs+ DL 2mb+ upload

I had an indoor nest cam for years. Never had any issues with it. We bought new ones to use as security cameras in and out of our home. We decided to exchange for the wireless Arlo however.

Purchased these as a gift for our son. He has this system throughout his home including in the children’s rooms.

This Nest Camera is a wonderful product and easy to be set up for remote viewing. If you want to have recording, you have to pay for a 10 or 30 day history plan from them.

Don't fool around with other camera's as I did looking for a deal. I'm very happy with nest. Have not had any problems at all,

excellent product and works great if you have the thermostat -beware you will need to purchase some sort of monthly plan (or pay upfront at a discount for the whole year)
