I would always recommend a hardwired solution for security but this is great option if you want a setup that is WiFi based.

This camera monitors my backyard and does a great job because unlike most other cameras I tried, it has a very decent wide angle which covers all of my back yard.

Returned product due to limited distance and locations due to usb cord. Did not like having to pay monthly for service and recording. Went with Arlo instead.

The HD is just great. And the sound allowed me to catch contractors making bad statements. I have 2 of these now and an inside version. Love all of them.

I wish I knew before that you have to pay monthly for best results, and that the way my house is situated I need a wifi extender, so spending a lot more than I thought.

I love the Nest Cameras but wish the Service was better operated. If you have more than 4 cameras and a house larger than 1000sqft make sure you have enough Wifi coverage.

I was not too excited about purchasing this camera. However after reading what it could be used for I bought it. Now that its installed I feel much better re security.

Only complaint is some times I have a hard time connecting to Nest. Camera is high quality. Easy installation with magnet. Notifications when there's a person in the yard etc... love it will buy nest again.

I like the nest camera and enjoyed using it during the period where video streaming was included. I tried using it with the video streaming off and photos of any motion detection, but those photos were pretty useless. By the time the picture was taken it was just a partial of someone turned and leaving. I think it is too expensive to pay for the video service. Nice design and good quality though.

These cameras offer great security and with the new Nest Aware pricing they are even more affordable. Highly recommend.

I really like the cameras. They work well, but the sound when talking to another person has a long delay and is not so clear. However, the cameras are worth the money. I would recommend these to anybody.

Very impressed. Tells you if it sees a person or movement or if it hears someone. Sends notifications with video quickly. You can speak through it. Only downside is it uses a lot of wi-fi power.

Great camera. Works just like it was designed to. I would definitely buy more to add to different areas of my home.

The families are so appreciative of such a thoughtful gift. Essentially, we gave the kids additional protection in their homes.

We have the Nest indoor cams as well and we love them. This camera is equally as easy to use but could be greatly improved with a rechargeable battery option.

You need to take the time to adjust the sensitivity of your NEST App so that the notifications don't drive you crazy when cars are just driving on the street.

We can't see the driveway or front yard from inside the house and this camera was just the ticket. The notifications are awesome. Love and recommend Nest products.
