Customer Ratings & Reviews

The families are so appreciative of such a thoughtful gift. Essentially, we gave the kids additional protection in their homes.

This is a great product but we had some issues with the installation by Best Buy. Overall I recommend Nest as a great home security system.

These cameras offer great security and with the new Nest Aware pricing they are even more affordable. Highly recommend.

After a rash of missing packages in the neighborhood, I purchased this cam. I love it! It was so simple to put up and so easy to use. Works like a champ!

Easy way to add reliable video survalence. Easy to review footage. New Subscription is now affordable

Picture quality is great. Easy to set up. Annual cost is a little expensive. It's not just a subscription per household, it's a price per camera used.

I purchased this as a second camera for my back yard. I have one on each door now. They alert me to bugs dogs and kids. Extra security provide me comfort.

You need to take the time to adjust the sensitivity of your NEST App so that the notifications don't drive you crazy when cars are just driving on the street.

I already have the Nest thermostat, Nest smoke detector, and 4 Nest indoor cams they all work flawlessly. I recently bought the Nest outdoor cam and all I can say is "disappointed" when it works it's fine but it keeps dropping offline on me. I added a range extender and same problem. I want to purchase the recording portion but can not justify for something that only works part time. I also have the Ring doorbell they actually e-mailed me because they detected problems and sent me a range extender no charge. Wake up Nest I am sure you have the same capability?

Great camera. Works just like it was designed to. I would definitely buy more to add to different areas of my home.

Solid camera and perfect light clarity m. No issues since Google acquired nest. I recommend this product.

Added this camera to cover blind area not covered by the other nest cameras. Provides additional piece of mind when we are not home.

these are awesome cameras, they have been holding up through all the crazy weather outside. They make great baby monitors as well!

Amazing amazing Camera, high quality video, the best customer service, the top camera in the market, the perfect aludir camera.. install by yourself

I've owned several other camera systems and this is awesome. Though pricy, the cloud based storage is amazing. Great resolution, quality equipment.

We can't imagine life without it! It gives us the security we were looking for. Notifications on our phones of any activity outside is a huge bonus!

Overall I like the cameras. The range is pretty good, I would say you can get a good look at anything within 20-30 feet of the camera. I may buy more.

Nest packs a lot of features into this affordable camera. It has quickly became my favorite purchase. I highly recommend this product and service.

Nest cameras are the best on the market. Especially with the ability to record 24/7. I recommend to anyone in the market for a camera!

Really like this outdoor camera. Lets me know on my phone when activity is detected. Greatly recommend this to anyone looking for an outdoor Cam.
