Wow! What great quality and the night vision is excellent as well. Nest has really made it easy to get extra peace of mind with this camera!

I purchased this camera with the hopes of getting higher quality images and tag numbers passing by but although the overall quality is better than the SWANN system i had, it can't make out tags even if it is 15 ft away. The quality of the nightvision is not good but again it's better than the SWANN system quality. Furthermore, There is an option to set it to record 1080p only however, your camera WILL overheat and shut down temporarily. I like how easy it was to set up and the fact that it is super easy to monitor from anywhere.

This camera was easy to set up. It also provided a clear image. Only downfall was the need for additional purchase from Nest Monthly to store videos for a usable time.

Perfect picture, I like the way you can talk thru it, and the night sensors, it even noticed a bunny walking thru the front yard. Awesome!!!

This is a great 1080p camera for short distance viewing outside such as a front porch, back porch or driveway. It is also apart of the nest ecosystem so you get all of your cameras in the same app along with the thermostat and nest protect. There only cons are the Nest aware subscription and the distance viewing quality. I have a decently long backyard and the image quality does not hold up well after about 60 feet. I lose site of my dogs if they run down to the lake in my backyard. Now that the Nest IQ outdoor is available, I will be upgrading soon for those 4k long distance images. Otherwise, great camera for the price!

have been testing this product for 3 or 4 days now before setting them up outside, they seem to work very well and be very sturdy setup for the material. good buy for a pop up security camera system, not very happy that the only way to store video is via their online database.

I didn't want to replace batteries. So I went with 2 pk of nest outdoor cameras. It's a fisheye View that you get from the camera so to speak, so it takes some getting use to. We will pay $80 per year to get 5 days of recordings to review. Not a bad deal. Drilled through one wall to mount one of the cameras it was actually pretty easy got to patch the holes paint over it but it's not a big deal. There's help on their website and of course YouTube. You can set it to where it will only notify you if a person is spotted in your camera which is really nice.
