Have had them for a little while, and they are fantastic. The only downside is having to pay for nest aware.

Best surveillance device for your home. Easy installation. It has long enough power cable to move in attic or other outlet inside. Completely weather proof. Yes, for recording you would pay $5 a month, but I guess it's worth it. No worries about HDD. Seamless wireless connection. Works the best if you have other Google devices and integrate very well with Google home for customized notification. In short, it's the best camera so far I have used.

Purchased the Nest because it had many of the features i was looking for in a security camera. I particularly wanted a 1080 quality picture with the ability to receive notifications via my phone. I already had a NEST thermostat so this purchase was an easy addition. My one complaint is that the USB plug is too large, it is 5/8" in diameter. It can not be detached from the camera unless you cut the cable and splice it back together. In the end I had to make a large hole to feed the cable into, much larger than I would have like into brick. Other than that installation was easy and the instructions where easy to follow.

Very easy to set up. Very wide view but don't expect a lot of detail at distance. Night vision is excellent.

I purchased the camera's on recommendation from two other family members. Easy to set up. Nighttime pictures as good as daylight.

ormance! After a bike was stolen out of a neighbor's garage, I decided to put up some cameras to keep an eye on my property. While these are not cheap, they are worth every penny. The quality of the materials and the ingenious design that includes magnetic mounts makes these cameras a great value. And the nest software is easy to use and also well designed. I am 100% satisfied with these cameras and highly recommend them.

Cameras themselves work well but they need good WiFi coverage. I have a mesh system that covers the far reaches of my property (Netgear Orbi, highly recommended) so I don’t have an issue. I tried to bring a camera to the edge of the property to cover the pool area and it wouldn’t get a reliable signal despite my phone connecting to WiFi without issue. I moved the camera several feet closer to the houses which resolved the issue. The Nest video recording is expensive as there’s no free option but I think it’s worth it for the quality and ease of use.

Easy to set up, picture is clear, love the notifications. I now own 4 units at 2 homes.

The setup took minutes and the video feed is sufficient to recognize faces and activity.

Really easy to setup, you get email alerts, phone alerts, etc. the phone app is good too, video playback, only downfall in my book is they the camera is wired to an outlet.

Picture quality is second to none and the set up/installation was easy. I have already recommended to multiple friends who are considering it for their home security.

There has been alot of car robberies around us the last few months as well as people walking through our yard in the middle of the night (the neighbors dogs wake me up when they did thankfully) We have had the Nest Cam Outdoor installed for a week now and i love it. So far we have only seen a kid selling stuff for school fundraisers, a pesky neighborhood cat and the delivery man. The quality is outstanding day and night, sound is clear and the intercom like system works great. I would recommend this to everyone.

Easy to setup, good quality picture. Biggest problem was getting power in the attic, but that's not an issue to do with the product.

I like a lot about this camera. The connection to my router (about 100 ft away) is good and this tough camera has been surviving outside (it’s mounted under the gutter so I don’t know if water spots are a problem )

Good camera, easy to mount and setup. It is not as good as the outdoor IQ camera. That lens is better and has a clearer picture.
