We added one of these to our backyard, then decided to put one in the dog run too. The resolution and sensitivity is amazing - we've got it in a covered portion of the fence so inclement weather isn't an issue - and it's very entertaining to talk to the dogs if I'm at work and they happen to be outside if the husband is working from home. Definitely recommend. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fee they want to keep your recording history. I think they could be a little more reasonable when you have multiple cameras.

I bought this set for my house. And I showed some of my family the quality on my cell phone and they all liked it. My uncle purchased the two pack as well as my brother and my aunt bought the single indoor came and another aunt bought a single out door cam. This are awesome quality cameras. Everyone complains about the monthly fee. But I figured that I'd rather have a 24/7 recording rather than an alarm. So I love it and you will too

There is much to say about the Nest outdoor cameras. First, I believe they are the best cameras available to the DIY consumer. Still learning the software and how to localize it's sensitivity to a designated zone. The cameras pick up all motions, sounds and activity, I ran into a problem after my wifi went down and I couldn't get the cameras back on line. I was told by customer support that since I changed my wifi password I had to re-scran each camera's bar code, like I did when they were originally set up. So, I had to reclimb the ladder to get to each camera. NOTE: Each camera has a bar code for scanning and beneath the code is a serial number. Customer support never informed me that these serial numbers work the same as the bar code. NOTE to consumer. Write down the seral number for each camera and avoid the need to rescan if it ever becomes necessary. This will save you a lot of inconvenice. I am disappointed in the lack of a more secure footing that was provided. I know that anything can be stolen, but a better attachment to base system would make theft a little less easy. I plan to update my review in a few months after I learn more about the NEST outdoor camera. Note: these are not the Nest IQ cameras

Everything about this camera is great. Except both cameras tend to disconnect at times without any reason why.

Hello, I was given a nest indoor cam from a friend. I had that camera for a year before I purchased the outdoor cams. In less than a months times I have been able to see what is going on while I’m gone. Great purchase! Price was a little more than competition but they all have pros and cons. I’m used to Nest ecosystem since I also have the nest thermostat. Decision was made due to that. Everything in one place.

PROS: super simple setup, easy installation if you have the right environment for it, excellent picture quality, app is user friendly. CONS: Difficult installation if don't have good location near an outside plug that can be locked. Seems very easy to steal so I actually installed mine indoors looking out a window. Works great during daytime but at night the picture is distorted. There is no sensitivity adjustment so I get notifications any time a car drives by or a bug crawls across the window.

EZ setup! Simple and straightforward install! Would recommend to anyone!

I love having the ability to see who is in front and in the back of my home. I can talk to them and hear everything that is going on. From home, and from wherever I go.
