I use these as baby monitors and as security cameras. I love the rewind feature so I can see when my kid went to sleep and The quality of sleep she had during the night. Once my kids get older I will graduate these to be exterior security cameras. The only thing I don't like, which isn't a big deal, is that when you talk through the camera, though the person hears you, the recording doesent record your voice, you only hear the person on camera. So when you look back at your history if you spoke with someone over the camera your only going to get one side of the conversation. Maybe they will address this in a software update soon!

The installation and Picture of the camera is great

This is a great device. It informs you of any activity that is going on as well as let's you communicate through it.

Bought this set of cameras for my sisters house. I have had a set installed at my house for the pst couple years with no issues. Great piece of mind. After install I have not had to get back on the ladder for any maintenance or anything. Highly recommend

Have not even had them put up yet because they’re hard wire connection which I do not know how to do so if you buy them make sure you know someone who can install them first

The cameras are very easy to install great resolution and the phone app is easy to operate as well. The only recommendation I can give is to upgrade your internet and or install some Wifi mesh, to make sure you have the best signal on the location of each camera.

I've had relatively good results with these cameras I have 4 of them both indoor and outdoor models. They're quick to connect and the app software for monitoring your house is mostly decent. The only thing I don't like is the cloud storage fees annually.

Great camera, service less than desirable. The camera captures really good images just frustrated that you have to pay for an extra service to have any type of video or history of activity. I will probably end up having to pay for the service so I can get value from the camera. The alternative cameras lack much in comparison so I would recommend if you want to monitor your home.

I bought the package containing two cameras. To my delight I discovered that the voltage and current needed to use them is 5v/1.4a which means that you don't necessarily need to use the 15 foot cable that has a USB adapter at one end and an AC plug at the other end. Since I only needed to go less than 10 feet to power the cameras I was able to use a simple 5v/1.4a USB to AC wall charger. The more expensive IQ version of the camera requires 15 volts to operate it and thus I would have had to use the 25 foot cable. The only issue that I found was that the male USB plug at the end of the 10 foot hardwired cable is a little unique and doesn't quite fit into some USB to AC wall chargers. However, I found that I have a bunch of wall chargers that work fine including the Abosi wall chargers which can be bought online. The wall chargers that come with Samsung tablets also work fine. But the USB male plug doesn't fit into my Leviton Duple USB Charger/Tamper Resistant AC Outlets.

I like the 2 pack, good value, nice picture and easy to use

We have the need to monitor our front porch to see when our outdoor cats show up each afternoon/evening. The Nest Cam was an easy installation and hook-up to our Wi-Fi was super easy. It's cool being able to monitor from anywhere we happen to be. The two-way audio is also much better than I was anticipating.

I’ve reviewed these nest cams before and still very easy to set up out of the box. I purchased a silicone cover for extra weather protection but it’s optional. Still a great product and works well with the google / nest app.

We bought the Nest doorbell and the quality of the picture was amazing, we decided to try out these Nest cams. We have 1 outside, and 1 inside. Both cams have great picture quality. The yearly subscription price is decent as well. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great camera. Very good night vision, great facial recognition, the absolute easiest to connect to wifi. This is the best camera I have ever owned and I have owned several. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with this one.

I owned a lot of google nest product and this cameras are also a great purchase. Google nest has meet my expectations in quality and Price. They are very easy to install as always. I will continue to buy google products as I know they will last forever.

If you frequently want to view an outdoor location and not worry about draining battery life...these wifi Cameras are for you! After trying a few different wifi cameras I have to say Nest Cams are a GREAT choice. They offer a wide angle view and intuitive software that alerts you when the camera picks up movement.

Nest is an awesome company and this product is no exception. The quality of the product is indeed weatherproof and the quality is superb. The instructions are easy to read and there are many helpful online video tutorials. Download the app and you can monitor your surrounding with your smartphone. Pairing is easy!
