☆I have never been able to take a full picture of my garden from my back door. But I hooked up this camera next to my back door and I can see 95% of my garden. It captures all movement which is great. I can watch my peaceful garden from work and hear the birds! I can easily save my favorite clips as well.

Nice camera. Sends updates to phone. I wish there was an option to be able to pick up motion with animals.Has good quality picture and speed.

The product has given me a sense of security that has been missing ever since I moved here. The ease of use is a great relief, I was expecting to have to have some kind of training to get proficient in it's use. I expect to expand the coverage in the near future.

Perfect camera to monitor front door outside activity. Easy installation, easy mounting. Highly recommend.

Nice, but could be better. Seeing things from a distance gets blurry. They don't have a push notification sound for each camera identified, just a general push notification sound. If you use notification sounds, then when it goes off, you have to go discover which one is setting it off.

I always wanted a security system but was always looking ways to save. Once you are nest eco system you will enjoy the ease of using and how easy it is to setup. Love these little but might cameras can do. Worth every penny. Highly recommend

Do yourself a favor and GET THESE CAMERAS. My wife and I just had our first child and it is so GREAT to be able to check on them while I am at work! The monthly fee is well worth the price for the peace of mind! Setup is SUPER easy, just follow the diagrammed instructions and you’re good to go!

It has the ability to record in 1080p, but shuts down on warm days due to overheating, so you will have large gaps in your footage. What's the point of that?

I love the picture quality. I love the fact that it does not run off of batteries. The cord is long enough so you won't need an extension cord. The monthly fee is pretty steep compared to other cameras but I love the fact that I can watch live feed from my phone and save video clips that I want. It can send alerts to your phone but be careful it can be sensitive.

Love how these work! Video quality and resolution is better than any security camera I have owned. There are some quirky features that I wish were a bit better designed. The magnetic base that the camera secures to is actually more stable than I thought it would be but it also seems like it's vaulnerable to someone just knocking it down with a stick or something. I also thing the power wallwart is rediculous it should be at the plug end with the wires securing to the camera with a small connection. In one location I wanted to drill through the wall to access a plug on the inside of my garage but the hole would have had to have been 1/2" to get an 1/8" cord through and it's massive connector. Instead I had to string it along the side of my house and the power pick in the middle of the cord is secured to the side of my house for all the world to see. Very odd design. The cameras once installed are fantastic though. Very easy to connect to your WiFi network and easy to control and set up.

Overall I am very happy with the camera itself, great field of view, like you get 30sec video clips without having Nest aware, not just picture clips like other cameras. There is a slight delay in the nest cameras/doorbells that I don't like. I have a very good wifi network and there is a 5-15sec delay even when I am home for me to receive notifications. Typically the UPS person is already back down the side walk before I am notified someone is there. Installation was more difficult than need be due to this usb connector that plugs into a power block halfway through the power cord. Which makes you have to drill a 3/4 hole vs being able to drill a smaller hole to get the power into the house where you plug it in. Luckily for me I was installing this over my garage entry and was able to drill the hole in between a small gap in the garage door headers, then run the power cable along the ceiling of the garage with the provided clips into a plug in the ceiling. Otherwise I may have chosen a different manufacturer/brand. Overall very happy with the view and the option to not have to pay for cloud service to see things that happen/have happened.

I’ve been using this camera for about a year outside of my office, and so far, it works perfectly. I was worried that the rainy environment I live in (Portland) may take a toll on the camera, but it hasn’t. The quality is wonderful, and the angle is very wide.

These came well packaged with everything I needed to install, including screws, anchors, wire clips, and plenty of cable. If you’re handy enough to own a power drill and screwdriver, these cameras are easy to setup and install.

I love the nest! It’s way better than the Ring! I purchased the ring and it was the worst purchase I have ever made in constantly changing the batteries every two weeks. The batteries are to last 6 month but they don’t! The only thing I don’t like about the nest is the cord. Which is why I brought the ring big mistake!

We had the GeekSquad install the outdoor cameras with the Nest Hello doorbell camera and the 1080 P videos are nice. It would be better, though if a 4K version was available. Also, it would be nice to have a rear mounted Nest Light with camera.

I already have 2 of these outside, but got more when they were on sale. I really like the quality and functionality of these, just wish the cloud hosting was free. It's worth it for the safety and functionality, and the quality of build and resolution far exceeds Arlo.

I HAVE A FEW NEST CAMERAS AND THEY WORK VERY WELL, IN FACT I AM ABOUT TO PURCHASE ONE MORE, BECAUSE THE INTERIOR CAMERA THAT I HAD OUTSIDE IN A PROTECTIVE COVER JUST BURNED OUT

Google makes Nest cams so you know they are gonna be amazing and mine is! Have 3 so far at my house.

I really like these cameras. The ability to zoom in and seeing the dark are fantastic. The only drawback that I saw was the pricing structure from nest. I don't mind paying a subscription. But I had to pay to subscriptions for two cameras. I thought I could make one account and pay a subscription for just one account. But other than that great product.

We were looking for a Wifi camera for our house and saw the sale on the Google Nest cameras. They were easy to set up and worked right out of the box. We were able to start watching the problem area of our house the same day we bought the camera.
