Cam quality is pretty good. Promotes as full HD, but I think it is a little less, but close. Web access is great format and easy to use. Do note, that this is off their cloud and not to your server, so be prepared to have a monthly or yearly subscription. Good for simply home owner.

Bought this as a gift for my parents and they love it. i already have a camera that alarm company installed at my house. I think the Nest might be even better. There was no need for installer, dad was able to install easily himself.

These cameras are so well made. The image is crisp, the sound is clear, and they are sleek too. I'm looking to add more Nest products to my home. I'm very happy with this purchase.

The cameras were very easy to install and connect to the router. They were also very easy to mount. Now we have peace of mind when we're out on the road, being able to see that all is well at home.

We have several of these watching inside and outside of our home. The quality is great and combined with Google cloud you can easily review video clips, get notices of events, etc.

I really enjoyed the nest lineup and how all of their products integrate into one app on your phone. Outdoor cameras are great except you need a wall outlet to plug them in. I do wish they offered some sort of hard wire option.

The camera display is clear and has linked perfectly with my google home. The images are clear even at night. Definitely brings safety for my family. Great buy!

Wasn't sure how well I would like these. Asked from them as a holiday present and I/we absolutely love them!!! Can't wait for them to go on sale so we can grab some more.

We purchased a number of these and I’m always impressed with the depth of field of the camera/imaging. Sharp photos from a few feet from the camera to 100 yards away. Terrific!

Easy setup. Long Long cord. If you don't require it then you have to wrap it & stow it somewhere around the camera. The picture quality is great and the Mic works very well. My on concern is that the camera is only help to the bracket by a magnet (strong one) but easily removed.

We have unsavory man living in our neighborhood and everyone has security cameras. They saw ours and said it was better than theirs. It has helped the police several times.

Works like a charm...can see the entire area needed, looks great, flawless installation (you can be creative finding an electrical outlet). The Nest application alerts me to any movement and specifically can identify a person.

I bought 1 just to see how these work. Well now have 6 and what an excellent security cameras with paying a company like ADT. Easy set up and what a picture crystal clear.

We've since moved on to another camera system but only because we needed more camera's and it made more sense to switch. These worked very well!

This was purchased in addition to the doorbell and they pair perfectly. I like having my “nest” secured with eyes (and ears!) in the front and back of the house. Easy to install and great image quality.

I installed a Nest Cam Outdoor security camera at my cabin in northern Wisconsin and use it to monitor the weather and for security. Image quality is great and I can get a live look from my iPad or iPhone from my home in Texas.

Love the alerts and ability to speak through the camera.

I purchased 2 of these for my new home. The setup was relatively simple for someone who isn't much of a handyman. It involved drilling through the soffit and running the cords into my attic. The product works great and as intended, but Nest's algorithm for notifications is whack. My phone gets notifications every 10 minutes, saying "camera thinks it spotted a person". I have gone through all the setting many times. I setup zones too. I'm only supposed to get notified when something enters the zone, but I still get notifications every time a car drives by. Very annoying. I also talked directly to nest about the issue, but it went unresolved. I'd still recommend this product - there are a host of benefits like peace of mind and insurance discounts, but the constant notifications are annoying. I'd turn them off, but what's the point of have real-time security if you cant get notified when something important is happening.
