Works like a charm...can see the entire area needed, looks great, flawless installation (you can be creative finding an electrical outlet). The Nest application alerts me to any movement and specifically can identify a person.

Love the alerts and ability to speak through the camera.

I installed a Nest Cam Outdoor security camera at my cabin in northern Wisconsin and use it to monitor the weather and for security. Image quality is great and I can get a live look from my iPad or iPhone from my home in Texas.

I purchased 2 of these for my new home. The setup was relatively simple for someone who isn't much of a handyman. It involved drilling through the soffit and running the cords into my attic. The product works great and as intended, but Nest's algorithm for notifications is whack. My phone gets notifications every 10 minutes, saying "camera thinks it spotted a person". I have gone through all the setting many times. I setup zones too. I'm only supposed to get notified when something enters the zone, but I still get notifications every time a car drives by. Very annoying. I also talked directly to nest about the issue, but it went unresolved. I'd still recommend this product - there are a host of benefits like peace of mind and insurance discounts, but the constant notifications are annoying. I'd turn them off, but what's the point of have real-time security if you cant get notified when something important is happening.

Excellent outdoor camera. Easy setup and integrates nicely into the nest app that shows doorbell views as well as manage home temperatures via nest thermostats.

These cameras work real nice and easy to set up. I used them in two locations. At my lake house and at home. I have already recommened them to friends.

These are really good quality cameras for your security needs. Make sure to connect them to a high speed WiFi network. They connect through a smart application that gets downloaded to your phone.

I installed this, it works great. I can see very well at night and daylight. Only problem i have, camera picks up traffic on my street and sends signal to my phone. I am 100 ft off the road. Other then that it works great.

Besides the more expensive iq versions of this camera, the quality of these are great. With the new Nest Aware plan, you can have as many cameras as you want for one price.

If you have great outlet and can deal with the cable, this is the best quality outdoor camera out there. This is the 3rd nest Outdoor camera that I have purchased in the last 12 months to give you an idea.

The product is awesome. It works in a wifi implementation, so one must have decent wifi for the product to work. Once this is done, it works well, is easy to use, and NEST offers excellent service and product support.

Performance has been great. Easy to set up and install.

Easy to setup, and very intuitive on learning with the software. You can control multiple cameras with these and even the Nest Thermostat if you have one installed in your house as well.

I have played with a couple IP cameras, this one is the best. The only problem I had was with a weak WIFI signal, but that is no fault of the camera. I am going to add another one to my network. Great camera, easy install.

I love this camera. The Nest cameras all work well together, but this external camera is the best. Picture is so clear and the field of range covers not only my front yard, but my street and neighbors making us all safer.
