I like the camera. It was a simple system to hook. I got lucky since I had a outlet close to the front door and was able to run the wiring under the front door.

You can see the image really clear when people walk by. We do not currently pay for the extended video services but are looking into it. However the camera does its job

The camera works fine, my problem is the design of the power hookup. Need to understand how it works. Check their website for details. If I had know I probably would not have bought it. Otherwise , the nest service and camera are pluses.

Good camera with clear picture to monitor dogs in backyard and for security. Would buy again if needed another. Connects with other Nest cameras we have.

So we purchased 4 of these cameras a year and 1 month ago. The volume part of the software failed and you can not hear out of any of them. Google, which now controls Nest first said that they could not find the serial numbers and then proceeded to explain to me that they don't work but they should work and they are not going to work because they shouldn't work. Then they said there was a glitch in the software. I explained that I don't care what the problem is, I need them to work. They said they would send me an update by email and nothing came. I called them again and got the same run around and they said that because they were over a year old, they were not able to replace them with a camera that works. So all of the cameras I purchased a year and one month ago went bad at the same time ? The odds of that are like winning the lotto 3 times. No lightning strikes nothing. Just 3 cameras whos volume does not work. Oh that makes sense. Not covered by warranty and they will do nothing when you know its the app update not allowing you to access the volume anymore. So they update it and leave it out so you have to buy the newer stuff. You cant adjust the volume if its not in the app anymore. Not my fault, not a faulty camera. It was done intentionally by them to make you buy the new cameras at $190 a piece. Oh by the was Best Buy Rocks and is the best. Its not their fault Google did this.

No lies here compared to Arlo They know their product It is a great product with an even better app and even better customer service Do NOT get Arlo their app 2 way talk feature does NOT work on IOS at this time Nest does

This is a pretty good camera, except that the night vision isn't as clear. The best part of this was the 2 pack discount. Its less expensive than the others so I guess you get what you pay for.

These cameras are excellent option if you don't want to go the IQ route. I recommend them for lower traffic areas and the IQ cameras for the higher traffic areas.

its a good camera but not happy that Nest took over Dropcam, we have 3 dropcam cameras and I can't get the camera onto the same screen on my dropcam app, Otherwise its a great camera, if only I could view it! do not like NEST Company!

Easy to set up and if you subscribe to their cloud recording service it is really easy to rewind and save a clip as activity is marked on the timeline.

Have several of exterior Nest at different addresses as secondary cameras. Works very well and easy set-up. Would recommend.

We decided to go with the a Google Nest Smart Home Environment. We like the functionality and the ease of use and integration.

Have a few nest products around my house. These hook right up to my account and make it easy to track and see what’s going on while I’m away.

This is the fourth and fifth cameras I am adding to the house. Love the quality of the video that these cameras provide and they operate flawlessly even in my cold temperatures in Alaska.

Easy setup camera; must have power and solid wifi signal. Note that if you use/allow video recording so you can go back and view then it will consume as much as 10-15 GB per day upload.

Love Nest products. Installed myself so a little limited on where I could install outdoors but not too difficult if you’re handy.

A great addition to the ones I already have. Best system in my mind great video quality if your internet is up to speed.

We got these Black Friday and have been very pleased. They are very clear and we like them better than the ones we replaced. Nest products are great.

I added these two outdoor nest camera to my old dropcam. Every units came online without a hiccup. Now I have full coverage of my home from the 3 cameras.

AWESOME. going on 2 years with no problems. this is how product durability should be. updated cloud software is intuitive and easy to use. zmodo is average and so is Arlo.
