This is a great outdoor camera for a Dakota/Minnesota/Wisconsin winter. Been using the camera for a few months with no issues in -20 degree weather. Easy to install and setup!!

We were looking for a camera to watch our puppies while we are away from the house. This was a very easy set up. I can watch it from my phone and even zoom in. I love it!

We received this for Christmas from our children. The sound and the picture are the highest quality. I get notifications on my phone, it is amazing.

I have never seen a camera like this. I use it to keep am eye out on my front yard and also inside my home to watch my dog when I am away.

Great outdoor security cam, Relatively easy to install for DIY-ers. Gives me peace of mind when I'm not home. Still hoping to catch some outdoor critters on there, but not yet!

Great cameras to keep an eye on the putdoors of your house. No issues with dropping signals or bad footage.

So we purchased 4 of these cameras a year and 1 month ago. The volume part of the software failed and you can not hear out of any of them. Google, which now controls Nest first said that they could not find the serial numbers and then proceeded to explain to me that they don't work but they should work and they are not going to work because they shouldn't work. Then they said there was a glitch in the software. I explained that I don't care what the problem is, I need them to work. They said they would send me an update by email and nothing came. I called them again and got the same run around and they said that because they were over a year old, they were not able to replace them with a camera that works. So all of the cameras I purchased a year and one month ago went bad at the same time ? The odds of that are like winning the lotto 3 times. No lightning strikes nothing. Just 3 cameras whos volume does not work. Oh that makes sense. Not covered by warranty and they will do nothing when you know its the app update not allowing you to access the volume anymore. So they update it and leave it out so you have to buy the newer stuff. You cant adjust the volume if its not in the app anymore. Not my fault, not a faulty camera. It was done intentionally by them to make you buy the new cameras at $190 a piece. Oh by the was Best Buy Rocks and is the best. Its not their fault Google did this.

These cameras are great. Very good quality day and night, and the online features work well. My only complain is the power cord, which is bulky and not easily fed through a wall because of the size of the connector.

I have these set up covering the entrances to my house, with the five day CBR (cloud based recording). It's great to be able to look back. It's sensitive enough to pick up movement, and also to distinguish between people and animals (we get stray cats, raccoons, skunks and even coyotes). Of course, when power goes out, as it has a couple of times, we have no video, but there's really nothing we can do about that. I have them situated each about 30 feet from the router, and there's no loss of signal through a couple of walls.

A good friend has several nest cameras and got me interested in them. I bought two outdoor cameras and have been very happy with them. Installed them myself. A great product.

Purchased camera for home security / peace of mind. At first the camera worked great and had ability to rewind and fast forward but after two weeks now only have still pictures.

The cameras seem like good quality and not too hard to install.. I've opened the box and looked at that and looked at them but I haven't used them yet

Love these outdoor cameras, easy to install and connect, just make sure you have a good wifi signal wherever you place them. I use the google wifi to extend my wifi mesh.

Good when they work but Nest cams are known to have massive connectivity issues. If you don't have over 300mbps internet speeds, they will not perform as expected.

The google Nest security cameras does the job. 1080p quality clear. Plug in and watch on your phone, computer or even tablet

Probably the easiest camera I ever set up, connecting to wifi was easy, magnetic mount gives it multiple mounting options, and it's even clear in low light situations, to bad have to pay for recording services.

Be aware that you have to sign up for Nest Aware to be able to store/record videos. Otherwise, great camera. Detects people and motion fairly accurately.

This item gives great quality pictures and video. It could be set up anywhere you want to view. It must be plugged up at to an electrical outlet
