The attachment is the perfect compliment to the battery operated camera system. Purchase two (2) for separate installations to mediate adequate camera zone coverage. Length of cabling is more than adequate for the short, lengthy runs depending on where your source of power is located. Comes packaged with appropriate fastening accessories. Very easy to install.

You have to go with the google quality on this one. Sure you can get a cheap imitation on the web, but then you have this huge block to plug into the wall and sticking out as well as a USB connection that might fall out. Like everything google/next, the packaging on this is exceptional and it comes with great clips and anchors for installation. First class product that delivers!

Cable has great length, at 33ft, should have plenty of cable to mount your camera anywhere you'd like and still power with this cable. Overall feel is very nice, cable is soft touch and very pliable, not rigid at all, so easy to snake around corners and tuck away into spots and not have rigid, kinked cable to deal with. Weatherproof covering is ok, but if you snake it through anything sort of rough, it very easily can scuff or come off. Plug could be a little more solid, but not bad. And the round shape and size of the plug might make it a nuisance for some outdoor outlets.

Purchased this product about 5 months after installing the Google Nest wireless outdoor camera over garage door. Had to remove camera and charge it about every 3 weeks. Waited for the solar panel accessory to become available, but it was always delayed. Decided to purchase this AC power line , get the drill and ladder, and plug into garage opener outlet on ceiling. Amount of wire was more than enough and installation was a snap. No more climbing up and down ladder and waiting 4 hours to charge camera . Worthy purchase .

Cord is made well and the length is good. Price could have been better.

Great purchase very long cord so if you need it for distances it’s great. But if you have to cover a smaller distance invest in cord holder or Velcro straps to keep it all together

This is exactly what we need to keep the power going on our Google camera. I supposed batteries work well too, but living in Upstate New York, the freezing temps drain the battery. This alleviates the need to constantly charge it.

Needed for outdoor battery operated camera so I could have continuous recording and not have to worry about charging batteries. The cable is expensive for what it is but it solved my issues so I can’t complain too much

This was needed in order to reach a couple of the battery operated outdoor cameras I mounted. Now I have constant power which allows for continuous recording. A little pricey for what it is but what are ya gonna do….

If you're like me, and you want all the settings on your Nest cam maxed out like resolution, length of recordings, wake up sensitivity etc, then you'll definitely need this power cord. Having all the settings on the Nest cam maxed out can easily kill your battery within a week or two

I love the fact that this is nice and long, I don’t have a probably mounting my camera anywhere.

Works as it should. A bit too pricy, but did exactly what it should.

I was hesitant to purchase the new cams but having the cord so I don't have to worry about charging the camera is great! Alittle longer then I needed but the smaller was to short.

Better than having to recharge the recharge units because they lose their charge very quickly depending on where they are placed and the activity.

Good for a new home just know the hole for the wall is going to have to be bigger if you're going to want to run this through the wall and then fill it

The cables pricey but this paired with the cheaper version of nest subscription is so much better. I live on a busy street did barter for awhile and it would capture mid activity now with it plugged in it captures about 10 seconds before activities occur and after. It even seems to reach further out for activities

The wire is made of soft material so if it's pinched it will tear easily. Does what I expected it to do which is charge my nest camera. The length is awesome and should work for most applications. It better than charging camera every month. I would recommend the solar option if possible.

Pug it into your Nest Cam Battery and you can record 24/7 with a Nest Aware Plus subscription. I previously used the solar panel adapter for my nest cameras but I still couldn’t continuously record.

Good length for hard to reach areas. Have it going to my outside camera.
