It’s been very useful and easy to use through the Google Home app. The overall installation was easy but it also depends on your exiating electrical setup at home.

Was very easy to install. You just need to make sure the existing doorbell transformer can handle this. Setup was a breeze and the user interface is very easy and user friendly. I just wish you could view the videos in the nest app as we have the thermostat and smoke detectors.

After having continuous connection issues with my Ring Pro doorbell. I took a chance and tried the nest doorbell. Im so glad i did; the connection is fast and i can actually speak to whom ever arrives at my door. The video qualilty is excellent. Its a must have and looks great with my home decor.

Camera works great and is easy to setup. There is one issue though, and that is with the mount. There isn’t enough space to easily place the wiring where it is concealed. I was replacing an older version of the Nest Doorbell and that one had plenty of room for the same wiring.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this doorbell. It consistently ranked as number one, or in the top three in multiple publications, and so did the Nest indoor / outdoor cameras. I purchase both and my family is very happy with the quality and ease of use.

This was installed to upgrade a Generation 1 doorbell camera. The videos are sharp, and the app quickly sends alerts when there is someone coming towards the door.

Google Nest wired door bell has worked flawlessly for 6 months. I did not purchase extra storage so it only captures imagines for limited time - but you could purchase additional storage with subscription. Very easy to use and alerts when packages arrive.

Great product, would’ve been a 5 stars if subscriptions weren’t a thing. With no subscriptions on pass 6 hrs are saved.

Great upgrade to the previous Nest doorbell camera. Only downside to this is if you upgrade to this (and I believe this is true of other new Nest cameras), you can no longer view it via the Nest app on your smart device. Now Google is forcing everyone to the “Google Home” app. It does work ok but I think I liked the older Nest app better.

Install was easy since I was replacing an Nest Hello. Quality is not as clear as the Nest Hello but not by much. The aspect ratio is better in my opinion is better as you get more vertical viewing than horizontal so you see more of the visitor at your door.

The phenomenal camera on the Gen 2 Nest wired doorbell not only provides a greater field of view from top to bottom but has also been very accurate with facial, motion, and package detection. I can now see more of the ground outside of my front door. Any deliveries placed right against the door are quickly detected by the package detection feature, sending me an alert and viewable on multiple platforms, from the Google Home app on my phone to any web browser after logging in at home.google.com, where I can see all of my Nest cameras on the same page. It was a great deal for me because I bought it as an open-box item and a fantastic upgrade to the original wired Nest doorbell despite the camera's lower resolution.
