I am very pleased with the quality of not only the doorbell but also the sound and video that the doorbell produces. This is the 2nd one I'm purchasing to add to another door on our home

Good and clear video even at night. It stays in color.

Works great. Picture is crystal clear and not having to worry about charging every few weeks is a huge increase in convenience

I replaced a Gen 1 Nest doorbell with a Gen 2 Nest. Google Home is now the only way to look at Gen 2 (Nest software only works on Gen 1) and it is disappointing. I think the Nest software was much better. Google can do better than this. First, I cannot capture the clouds moving by against a blue background (unless it is already captured as an event) or any other event I would like to capture (like tearing up a driveway and pouring a new one) other events that could make great videos for grand kids! Frequently, there is a huge delay where I don't see how the talking would be effective. The photo is not in landscape like it used to be. Google put your A team on this! I wish I had at least reviewed Ring this time.

Works as expected. Good upgrade from older nest doorbell that quit working.

I searched in the internet and for home security because most of my neighbors has some sort of video cam door devices. And decided to go with gug nest. Of installation was reliable and quick. Of course you need a drill bit. But now days most of your friends has some kinds of drills to be borrowed. So after 20 minutes of installation. It only took another 15 minutes to link your nest doorbell to home wifi then link to your cellphone. And you can hear and gets notifications when someone is near the camera. Oh yeah you can speak and talk by using you cellphone Google link to nest. Now me and my wife are able to see what's happening @ home when both of us is @ work or not home.

I purchased this for my backdoor and has been exactly what I needed. The install was very easy as the Google Home app has step by step instructions. I also have one on my front door and absolutely love them!

Installation was easily completed and the product worked as advertised.

Work great. Nest is the a good work camera and sound.

Compared to the Original Nest Hello Doorbell, this one lacks the wide angle lens which is very desirable for a lot of folks that have a wider porch area. With many blind spots, you can easily be missed by the camera. The speaker is also too quiet due to cheaper parts. It can make it difficult for the person to hear what you are saying depending on the background noise. The pros of the camera would definitely be the night vision. It’s pretty clear at night. For the price since it is cheaper than the original, it’s a very average doorbell. Sad for a Google product as they should be making a better product by taking on a brands original purpose.

I bought this in October and I was able to use Halloween sounds when the bell was pressed. The video quality is amazing!

Straight forward installation and set-up. Still disappointed that Google Home app does not have all the ease and functionality of the Nest app, though.

Awesome love it. Only thing I'd change is I'd make it a wider angle. I used to have a ring and that was a very nice wide angle. This is very vertical which isn't terrible but I'd prefer wide.

Excellent door bell camera, with all the features you need to keep an eye of your front door, i love the notifications of packages from deliverys, when they arrive N when someone "took the packages"

Highly recommended over other products., great video quality, video libraries very easy to access the videos and share.
