    Upgrading from the first generation to this model was a great decision. The wider camera angle provides a much better field of view, and the video is clearer. It is a performance upgrade—definitely worth it!

    A big upgrade from the first gen. The picture is clearer and picks up motion/people faster. Installation is very easy and integrated with my other Google systems from the get go. Got a 15% off by trading in my old doorbell.

    My old camera stopped working, so I replaced it with this one. The new version has a better design and installation process than the previous one, but it's inconvenient because it doesn't connect to the app.

    It does everything it is supposed to do. Installation was not as simple as I thought, but all worked out in the end. The older manual ringer that was attached to my old doorbell doesn't seem to work. That may be the result of my own wiring errors. Google support helped, but they are sometimes hard to get through to. Once you do get through, they were helpful.
