Work Great for year and a half, but then the protective film on the device started bubbling up and peeling off. Reached out to support in order to replace since this is a manufacturer defect that many other customers have encountered. Support did not replace my device since it was a month out of warranty and told me to go to the store and buy a new one. Payed over 230.00 for a device that lasted only 2 years and customer service wasn't willing to replace it. Worst Customer Service will definitely not buy another nest camera. Lost customer for life

this is a wired doorbell. very easy to install just follow instructions. doorbell comes with everything you need to installation.

I love the nest doorbell so much. I ended up purchasing this one because I prefer the design of nest products rather than ring and it is so nice. The field of view is great, very wide and it’s so convenient to be able to see who is at the door at any given time. I was even able to use it to see when my cat got out and the last time he was near the door! The peace of mind is so worth it.

Great pruchase for any smart home advocate. My wife feels safe knowing she can see who's these without having to go to the door.

Nest Hello Smart Wi-Fi Video doorbell has the best quality videos/sound in the business. Worth paying Nest the $50 yearly fee to save vids on cloud.

It is pretty good product with face recognition but only montly charge you have to pay to have 1 month cloud reserve

I bought this and the Yale lock for the front door. This is great for added security and smart functionality.

great camera! Reason for 4 stars is due to it shutting down during extreme hot (direct sunlight) and cold days to protect itself. Doorbell will not ring during those times.

I love this doorbell, because I can always see who's at my door and see when packages are delivered. Best Buy did an awesome job installing it.

easy to use, simple, only negative is if you reset your wifi password, you need to reconnect.
