Simple Installation and Well Worth the Purchase!

Nest was the best option for me, i loved that it was able to connect to my existing doorbell chime without any additional purchase or hardware! Just fillow the instructions, which are easy, and you are good to go. I think I knocked the install out solo in under an hour!

Received defective unit, made to deal with mfg.

Unfortunately the product stopped working 2 days after the 15 day return policy and I was told that I had to deal with Google -_-. Thankfully Google will be sending me a replacement, which I feel Best buy Could have easily done for me. But I guess it's not in their best interest.
