||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my first video doorbell and I like it for the most part, except for a couple of things: 1. I have a Samsung phone and it seems that Nest app is having network issues with android. When connected to the wi-fi, there is no access to the camera. You might get a doorbell notification when somebody rings the bell, but no video. However, there are no problems when you are connected through cellular network. 2. Subscription for video recording is too expensive IMO. $30 a month is a lot for videos that you will rarely use, unless you have delivery issues like stolen or undelivered items.
