A pain to install but awesome product

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The install was weird because there is no way of knowing what the voltage of the circuit breaker is for a non-electrician easily but once you guess right, the install works smoothly. I did have issues with attaching to the wall due to the prior doorbell but that was not a product issue. Thank goodness for the extension wires to ease the install. Works great now.

Lasted one year. Best Buy refused to help.

Unfortunately my unit stopped working a year from the date of purchase. Best Buy was not able to help at all nor offer any type of discount on a new nest door bell. This item is too expensive for it to only last one year. So now I had to buy a new unit.

Great value for security

Having control over the notifications is great and being able to see package deliveries is essential these days. My doorbell didn’t have additional wattage in my older home but I was able to work around that issue with additionally purchasing anything.
