PEELING FACEPLATE, NO HELP FROM GOOGLE CS

I figured hey no problem Google will take care of this as it is an expensive outdoor device with a 2 year warranty and it's obviously a design , manufacture issue. After trying to get some customer service I received my last email from a "Senior" customer rep. and was told NEST -GOOGLE will not do anything about this issue, The internet is full of customers reporting the same problem. I currently have over 14 Nest products in my home and I can say this will be the last one I ever buy.

Perfect for moms!

I just push talk and tell them that my son isn't home, he's at practice, come back at 3 o'clock, etc... I love this doorbell! Also, I have an Echo Show and I can just ask to see who's at the door and it pops up on the screen. The theme doorbell sounds are pretty cute too!
