It's a more involved installation especially on an older house. I had to buy an additional cover plate from Amazon to cover up the gaps in the wall due to the size difference between this and my old doorbell. When it's up and running it works great. Just be prepared to include installation in your budget or be prepared to spend half a day on this project.

Love this doorbell

The app is so handy and I love that it pairs with google home and recognizes my family members when they ring the doorbell so I know who it is. My google home alerts me when someone has rung the doorbell.

Great upgrade from previous Brand

So far this Nest Doorbell is so much more reliable than the previous brand. I'm very happy with choosing this doorbell.
