Our nest doorbell has been awesome for knowing when packages are delivered since not all drivers ring doorbells anymore or send a timely update for delivery! Has also been useful to know who is at the door!

The Nest Hello doorbell is a great tool for security and peace of mind.

Helps when can't get to door. Camera good. Motion too sensitive.

Little bit of delay when notifying your phone by the nest app love it so far.

Even though we do not get a lot of visitors at our house. It is nice to see who is there. And to watch passing traffic. Sometimes false alerts cause by lights and shadows. But that is OK…

Got this to be able to monitor the front of my house, which it does well. However I'm removing a star because it failed to capture an incident that happened one night in direct sight of the cam. Also because NEST doesn't provide play-back beyond 3 hours for things outside of "motion" & "activity".

Bought a new home, and it's sure nice to be able to see who's at the door when I'm not there. The only criticism I have is, although I can turn off notifications for "sound" alerts, the history of how many times it's tries to alert for that is way too sensitive. It's picking up birds in my yard as sounds.

Set up took about 15 minutes, very clear easy to use

Should have gotten one of these a long time ago. In fact I did, but it was the wrong brand and didn't work properly, plus it sounded like a squashed cat when someone hit the chime. Now, the boxes don't have to sit out all night.

Great product. Works well. Hooked up using a a/c adapter and no chime. Instructions were a little off but worked through it. Says to skip chime setup but you can’t. So have to install as if there is a chime then you can select no chime

Clear picture but in order to get video playback you need a subscription.

I purchased this product almost two years ago. The fast detection feature is terrible; it works correctly only 20 percent of the time. Additionally, I have a Nest Yale lock, but there is no button to unlock the door when someone rings the doorbell. I have to close the app and open the 'unlock door' page on the user interface, which is quite annoying. It's the same app, and they could easily add a button to camera page. I'm paying $150 for a subscription, and there have been no improvements in their app at all.

Really nice product...! Easy to install and very useful but i would prefer a better resolution for long distance (40 or 50 feet away) because it would get kind of blurry even when it is daylight.

Great nest product, easy to use, quick installation.

Set up was a little difficult as I have existing nest products, with help from Google support I was able to get everything connected. The alerts are fairly accurate when you set up zones. It is a little sensitive to changes in sunlight which cause false alerts.
