The Nest Hello has the new Google brand mark on the face plate. It threw me off during the installation, but this only took me 30 minutes tops to install, activate, and show my sister how it all works. Great product that's super reliable.

Awesome doorbell this is the 2nd one I owned. I definitely recommend purchasing this camera as long as you have fast enough Internet in order for it to be very responsive, and I would definitely Peart was all of the google smart home stuff that Best Buy has the offer.

LOVE having a doorbell that goes with our other Google Nest products. I like that you can rotate the camera for other angles. Sometimes there is a delay when it sees someone compared to when it alerts my phone, but still a great product.

I previously had a skybell hd. This makes the biggest difference because it has 24hr continuous recording. My previous door bell would only record if there was motion. A lot of the times it would just show the back of them. This will show everything.

I replaced a ring video doorbell 2 (pro) with this Nest. Love the interface and have have had no trouble with it whatsover. The ring was horrible after only 2 years so I hope this is a good fit going forward. Looks to be very solid and well made.

It does everything advertised. The only challenge is randomly there will be a delay between when someone presses the doorbell and when the mobile app on my phone mentions there being someone there. That only happens maybe 1 in 10 times though.

Well worth the money, yes the ring is cheaper, however, you get alerts when packages are delivered and when they are picked up! We ended paying the extra $50 a year for the 5 day recording option as well.

I purchased the original Nest Doorbell in 2018 when it first came out never had a problem it was very reliable, I had a recent power surge which toasted the Nest Doorbell. I looked for a replacement and for me there was no replacement other then purchasing another one.

Got a new ADT doorbell, barely worked, disconnected all the time. Replaced with Nest and had no issues! Additional chime features are great. Can disable indoor chime and get app / mobile device only notifications permanently or on a timer basis.

The only "glitch" in the system is that if you have an iPhone; it does not link to the phone easily. However, it will link with an iPad. So, download the app to both your iPad and iPhone. Use the iPad to connect to your WiFi. Then, it will appear on both your iPad and iPhone. I could not link it to my Nest account directly from my iPhone.

You just plug in two wires from your existing doorbell and do setup thru the Nest App. The extra wires in the box are for your existing door chime and are very simple to install as well.. Don't forget to flip off your circuit breaker before installing everything.

I love this doorbell and operates so much nicer then competitor products. The product is a little pricier but after install it is definitely worth every penny.

It works well. I wish the lens covered a wider area.

Not quite as easy to set up as a thermostat, requires a little more work, but absolutely worth it! Integrates with Google Home to alert us anytime the doorbell rings, you can chat through it in the event you are not home or unable to come to the door.

I love this doorbell (quality of video is great) but wish the nest app was better. You can really tell it gets minimum support. Also know that while it’s free to see your feed live if you want to be able to watch historic video you need to pay for nest aware which is $6 a month.

This was easy to install. Looks great on my brick.

Very excited to have purchased this Nest Smart Doorbell. I asked all my friends and this was the one they also recommended. Easy to install and we just love that it announces that someone is at the door on my Google Home Hub.

Installed this on the side of the garage. Used an available 110 v adaptor for power, because there is no doorbell wiring on the garage. Great additional coverage of the driveway. Works great.
