I now own four of these, two for each house. Combined with the August Lock, I can see who’s at the door and unlock it at the same time. Great for the vacation home that is often left alone. Con. It occasionally loses wifi after talking through camera.

Could use a larger wedge when applying camera to a sidewall due to existing old doorbell location. A wedge with a larger degree/angle would allow to view more of the front of the door area. Also an adjustable feature allowing to angle the camera/doorbell down some would help.

Having a toddler, I love that you can make your doorbell not ring on a schedule it just leave it off. I don't use the traditional doorbell chime, I have my phone and Google Home tell me when it rings. Integrates with other Nest products great. 4 starts because it is too sensitive, almost every car it tells me there is a person

I love the nest hello doorbell! The features are good and the app is great. The only thing I do not like about it is that it has been losing connection at least twice a month since I’ve had it. I have to use a little tool it came with to remove it so that it will reset when I put it back. I have tried everything and I reboot my router and nothing seems to help. It’s only about 10 feet from my router so It should not have a problem with connection at all. Not sure what to do about it, except for exchange it for another one which I will do tomorrow.

In my opinion I feel this doorbell is a little bit better than the ring doorbell because it has more features and connect to all my google home devices and TVs within the home

Love this easy easy easy to install doorbell/camera-- it is the perfect upgrade to a basic doorbell. App is great and works well. Can see wide angle and can adjust sensitivity to minimize notifications from noise and movement.

i have google speakers at home so the integration is seamless. Also got a replacement because my sprinkler was moved by the gardner and water shot at the lens. As a result there was condensation build up inside the lens which took about a week for it to dry but I still got a free replacement.

The video doorbell is a great thi ng for added security

I like it but seems to have connectivity issues, unfortunately haven't found a better solution. This is my 2nd one in two years due to issues. Hopefully this one lasts longer. Kind of expensive if only gonna last 2 years.

I am not impressed with the Nest Hello Smart Wi-Fi Video Doorbell. It does not work well. The notification sound on my phone is the same as all my other notifications and is not changeable. Therefore if my Nest Door Bell has a notification it isn't any different than if I get a notification from NBC News. Also ,there is the option to get notified if your Nest Doorbell hears a sound at your door. Well once I realized it would go off due to the wind blowing and birds chirping I turned that feature off in the settings. Guess what, it still notifies me of sounds at my door even in the middle of the night. I purchased the Nest Doorbell because the home we purchased had a Nest thermostat and thought I would like having the same app for both. I wish I had purchased the Ring like we had in our old home. It was a much better product.

Love the features, and its integration with all my Google Home Video Monitor's are Awesome.. However the camera could of had a bit wider view angle. I know its possible because I had another brand that had a wider view. Overall its working fine so far!

I love the Nest Hello. Had so trouble setting it up the way I wanted it, but figured it out. Tech challenged. Set it up to see packages. I can even see who left the package.

I am happy I chose to purchase this google nest doorbell at best buy. The services offered by Geeks were outstanding and so necessary for me to get the item installed.

I love Google products. But this product did not fit my needs. I wish google had all camera set. I have Arlo cameras and need to apps to check. It was too much. The product itself worked well. I didn't love the ease of use. I felt Arlo is simpler to use.

Easy to set up and works well. I did have an issue with it controlling my mechanical bell. The sound from the bell sounded muffled. To fix it, I turned off the bell in the Nest app then re-enabled it.

Great purchase. The functionality is awesome and after having the doorbell camera for a bit I enjoy it. I’d wait for a deal though for sure if thinking about buying it.

I don't know how people go without a smart doorbell these days. I've had this for almost a year and absolutely love it. Did a lot of research and the nest hello was by far the best choice for me. Highly recommend!

It does the job. If you have Nest thermostats, it can be added seamlessly. My only gripe is that it goes off for every passing car and I haven't figured out yet how to turn down the sensitivity. Since we live on a fairly busy street, it's a bit annoying. Overall, a good buy though.
