They got you coming and going. The camera is amazing and pictures good, but pixelate at higher enlargement. The main we hate is the service fees added to yearly service, adding to the true costs, advertise the full costs.

I love Google products. But this product did not fit my needs. I wish google had all camera set. I have Arlo cameras and need to apps to check. It was too much. The product itself worked well. I didn't love the ease of use. I felt Arlo is simpler to use.

Unfortunately due to my siding I was unable to properly install this on my home. Everything seemed perfect though. I need to reconstruct my door casing to get it to fit.

This was fairly simple to install I’d you have a mechanical doorbell in place. If you’re intending to use this in place of a nutone system, it would be better to get a professional to install this as you may need to have wires run through your walls. It is not compatible with the nutone systems wiring.

Been turned on since I purchase, Nov 28, 2019. Works great. Only issues now is that the film on it is starting to peel off. Working with Google now on getting a replacement unit out of warranty.

I am happy I chose to purchase this google nest doorbell at best buy. The services offered by Geeks were outstanding and so necessary for me to get the item installed.

Had the ring door bell 2, enjoying the Nest much more. The smaller footprint of this camera, because of the lack of battery, will cause you to have to fill some holes in the wall left from a ring camera if that’s what you’re switching from.

I love this! Our door bell didn’t work so we got this to replace it. I like that it works with my phone but it also works with my google assist so it would still notify me if I don’t have my phone on me at the time

this thing is amazing. bought for a possible porch pirate to help avoid future incidents. turns out UPS cant read addresses or street signs. oh well, still nifty to have and I love it. it seems to disconnect from the internet more frequently than i would like. 10/10.

Great purchase. The functionality is awesome and after having the doorbell camera for a bit I enjoy it. I’d wait for a deal though for sure if thinking about buying it.

Second purchase. My first purchase was for my home and now outfitting my mother. Wish there were proactive monitoring features available. For example, when it sees someone it should automatically come up on my goggle home.

Kind of pricey but...it just works. Looks awesome, has an amazing HD picture, was very easy to integrate with existing wires and transformer. One piece of advice make sure you measure depth and width. It’s deep but overall tiny compared to similar products.

The Instructions to set up my Nest doorbell were spot on. It has worked perfect since I set it up. My wife and son have it on their phones and we all get alerts at the same time. It definitely gives you peace of mind. It has been very reliable.

Love all the features and the ability to sync with other google devices around the house. Love the ability to disable doorbell chimes that excite the dogs. Only wish the video and audio quality was better.

The Nest was easy to install, but I’m still learning how to use it… inviting someone in your home to also utilize the Nest isn’t working out. I am also having difficulty with the familiar face notification.

The best doorbell. Works great! Make sure you mount it correctly to get the best view. I had to add an addtional raised mount for this. But it works great!

I was a little sceptical about camera intercom doorbells due to privacy concerns. I decided to take the plunge and simply love it, so far. My only gripe is that you can't use the intercom with the google home hub yet even though it's being touted as having this capability. You can only see the person at the front door.

I bought this and self installed. The connection was simple, once I spent 40 hours cursing my older home for its older wiring, disconnecting the buzzer, and replacing a couple of spots. Definitely check your voltage at the buzzer if you're planning a self install BEFORE you purchase.

I chose Nest's Hello doorbell over the Ring due to the Google/Nest product suite. Nest has a much more attractive form factor with all of its offerings. And at least Google hasn't non-consensually shared video feeds with the police.
