The Nest smart doorbell was easy to install and gives fabulous coverage at the front of the house. Easy to see what's going on using your cell phone when you're away too. We love it. Better than the "Ring" doorbell. Do the research, you'll see. At Best Buy, got a deal on the Google hub for $50 instead of the full $150 when purchasing the Nest doorbell. Both great products. No complaints at all.

Very easy to install - but search on-line instructions rather than those accessed from the package instructions, particularly if you have anything but the simplest possible installation. In my case, installing 2 units in an older home. But then it was easy, and everything worked well. Image quality is great, regardless of lighting.

I've been very happy with this camera. I love that when someone I know rings the doorbell my Google hub tells me who it is at the door via facial recognition! And I've had construction and landscaping going on around my front yard. I've used the audio and video to creep on them and watch the progress when I'm not home. Lol. The audio is surprisingly good!

So far so good. The video quality and sounds is really really good. Just giving it 4 stars because there is a short delay sometimes by the time they ring the doorbell and I receieve the notification. This also could be internet but I do have the "fastest" in my area. Can improvr a couple of things in the app and not a fan of the high price monthly but overall pretty good.

After a lot of research regarding the different brands of doorbells, my wife and I chose to stick with the nest. I was able to easily connect and set it up. The video is great and we love how we can choose the different door bell ring tones. It alerts us anytime someone comes to the door and can even tell us when there is a package.

The picture quality day or night is unbelievable. The quality of this doorbell is unbeatable. The security for dollar amount spent is such a value right out of the box. I would definately buy this again and again. The technology in this device is so amazing, to call it a doorbell is not a great description, it does so much more at a great value.

We are very pleased with the nest camera! It’s nice to see who’s coming to the door without having to answer, you can talk on camera, best part can go back to review what’s on camera anytime day or night! You can also change the notifications so your not getting notified for every single small thing, for example birds chirping, car driving by at night, neighbors dog barking, etc!

I had a different cheaper brand (Wyze) that I thought it was good enough but after getting the Google nest I realized that I was missing a lot of important things for my specific needs! We love the face recognition and package delivery notification! The speed from the doorbell to the Google nest screen! We love it!

I purchased this to replace an old outdated camera I had on my porch. I love the quality. I like that it can recognize faces and inform you. The one time that I have used the two way talk feature there was a lot of feedback coming through my phone. I think the best feature of all is the fact that the Nest Hello can determine if a package was left in its view and when that package is taken. The setup with the app is one of the best that I have ever seen.

Integrates extremely well with the Google Nest products and Google Home, that's the obvious part...chose this doorbell because we use other google home products. So easy to set up, the app will walk you step by step. The video is very clear in both day and night vision. I highly recommend this product if you own other Google home products.

Installation was replacement of a 'dumb' doorbell connected with a melody chime inside the house. The Nest Hello box includes a mounting bracket, wire adapters and a tool to pop the Hello back out of the bracket. Kudos to Nest for trying everything they could do to make this a painless install. The wiring adapters are a clever way to lengthen the old doorbell wires. I had to cut a small recess in the door frame to fold the wire adapters behind the bracket. I had to replace the existing chime. The melody chime requires a diode across the doorbell button terminals. The diode acts like a switch and keeps the melody chime from continuously playing. Mash the button and that action interrupts the diode and the chime plays. Maybe I could have tried to incorporate the diode with the Hello but decided a $25 chime was a better replacement. Google Home immediately connected the Hello after I input the password for my wifi network. Install was about 2 hours because of the chime replacement. A push the doorbell button causes Google Home to also announce someone is at the door. I am impressed.

The install was super easy, the quality of the doorbell is super nice, video is crisp, and works seamlessly with the rest of my nest suite. My only complaint, which is likely an install error on my end, is the slight delay in the doorbell ring inside my house, it seemed to change the chime sound a little, but not enough of a problem to warrant any real complaint or issue.

This doorbell camera is a game changer in our home. I got the bundle with the nest hub and my wife and I love how it will announce a person is at the door and the live stream is visible also on the hub. It was an easy install and the software is user friendly. Way more features for the price payed compared to other doorbell cameras.

Awesome camera and very smart. Also was nervous about self install and man it was so easy! Video and step by step instructions! Very cool feature on google home hub where you say show me front door and it comes up on screen. Only negative is the delay alert to your phone that says there’s someone there.

We've been looking at video doorbells for a while now. The Nest Hello is the best in my opinion. The video quality is superb and installation was a breeze. The Nest app is very easy to use as well. I like the holiday themes that you can set your chime to. I would recommend this if you're in the market for a video doorbell

Great value, need Nest Aware subscription for useful functions. Easy install though my existing mechanical chime no longer works. Likely due to insufficient voltage coming through the transformer. Nest doorbell works great though. Great camera quality. You can only see screenshots and not video clips of the time around the notifications unless you subscribe to Nest Aware. I'd say its worth it though.

installed as standalone Nest product in house and I must say it works great. Quality of video is excellent and installation steps were straightforward. Not my first rodeo drilling holes in stucco and wasn't afraid to open up the doorbell chime box and move wires around. If that's not you then get someone to help. The result was worth the effort and the cost.

Was debating between Ring and Nest for weeks and finally decided on the Nest Hello. Great product. Install was easy and it’s been great having this as a part of my home security plan. Purchased this over the Ring Pro due to it being a better fit for the area I needed it. Aesthetically better in my opinion as well.
