Great option for a doorbell camera! Love how it integrates with Google hub and everything. Live view is nice too. Only downside is that there is no free video recording option... Only still images of people/motion/sound events.

I purchased the Nest Hello doorbell because I already have their Learning Thermostat and wanted to build a Nest ecosystem. After several tests, there was always a consistent delay (about 21 seconds or more) in both doorbell and motion phone notifications. There would be times where I wouldn't even get a single notification on my phone. It can't be my network because I have 400mb speed and my doorbell transformer is at 22v. Plus, I wasn't too happy with the Nest Hello app on my phone. It was not as user-friendly as other doorbell apps in the market. I returned the Nest Hello and bought a different doorbell brand which I am very happy about.

Does everything great, except for the delay in video. There’s about 3 seconds of delay between the video and audio, and what you’re seeing.

Great product! However, installation was a bit challenging due to the existing door bell and chime but got it to work by searching through the internet. The Nest app is a bit slow / delayed but usable. Overall, I’m happy with this product.

This certainly adds to your security when you can monitor your doorway even remotely and talk to the person at your door. Need to read the instructions to fully understand all the functions.

The nest is a video doorbell as advertised, but don't expect to use it as a security camera without knowing the restrictions. Live and maybe a few days of viewing is free, but longer duration require a paid service. Ended up returning.

I loved this doorbell. If you have a Google Nest Hub or a Google anything this will make it seamless for you. Best Doorbell in the market!

Easy to setup, easy to use. The subscription isn't necessary, but I would still recommend getting it. Stores up to 5 days of playback video vs pictures without. Facial recognition works well.

Overall satisfied. Make sure you have a transformer that can supply enough power before installing. Otherwise it will glow orange. Also bought this because of the HomeKit integration with the starling home bridge.

We love this doorbell camera. It works perfectly. I would say that for some people that do not have the option to wire the doorbell in they would want a wireless option. This was not an issue for me.

We don't have a peep-hole in our door and the glass isn't see through. Thus, we purchased this out of necessity and to protect our privacy. Great purchase!

This thing has impressed me honestly. I have not subscribed for storage and don't plan to but as long as it keeps showing me the recent activity its all I need.

Wonderful doorbell with excellent instructions. I just wish the app had a feature to put everything on quiet mode during specific hours. Can only do it for 3 hours at a time.

The most attractive looking doorbell. Was so simple to install, I did it in total 10min. Works flawlessly with my Google Home and Hub. Great clarity of the picture with a nice wide-angle lens! Highly recommend!

So much easier to see what is going on when away Sync's w other devices only drawbacks, cost and nest system does not have motion and spot light combination to go w doorbell (like competitor)

My first video doorbell! This thing is awesome. I love how it works with my Google Home and integrates into my home security system.

Overall I am a little disappointed. The camera quality is good. The app is clunky and could be better to use. I have Nest thermostats and love them. Wish this worked as well.

We bought this as a gift for our daughter, who has been wanting a video doorbell. She was delighted with our gift, so now we're thinking of getting one, too.

Had for over a year and has worked great. I keep the images on the cloud with Google! It only keeps movement images, but is good for capturing that data I would buy again.

I've had some issues with our indoor chime (it stopped working with the Hello after a power outage) but otherwise this has been perfect. It pairs with the Nest Hub Max perfectly. Big fan.
