the ringer and all is fine, BUT if it is not on a wall facing the street and on a side wall next to your door, the housing is seriously undesireable to look at. does not fit with the housing like it should and have discussed with Nest. they have no solutions

Installation was a challenge, in that 5 tech individuals attempted the installation effort. Regarding function, it seems that I see the backs of people that come to the door as they leave rather than their faces on approach.

Great night vision and clear 1080p day vision. Difficulties setting sensitivity in zones. Captures unwanted road traffic at night. Street traffic zone is turned off. Think it activated by light.

Love this video door bell. Installed it myself. Just reviewed Nests online installation guide a couple of times before the install. Works flawlessly and has a great hd picture. I definitely recommend!

Easy to install and works great. We get to see when packages are left and all the night time animals that walk on by. No batteries to worry about.

Good video doorbell. I can see who is at my door. There is a little lag time so it isn’t immediate. This model also requires electricity so make sure you have the right power source. Installation was easy but I had to reroute the line to power the unit.

I chose this model because you have the option to pay for 24/7 recording. The plan is a bit pricy, but worth it if you have multiple nest products.

Swapped out my Ring because I built a Google camera system and couldn't be more satisfied. Google products are awesome! If you like Google this is the way to go!!

bought this to put on front door for security. really like the product but don't like that I have to have an electric AC plug to make it work.

Unlike the Ring doorbell, the nest hello records 24 hours a day. Works great. Love being able to check in on the home through out the day and being able to review footage even when no motion was detected.

I am kind of stuck in the nest/google eco system and have had good luck with the cameras. But this is my 3rd door bell. They don’t seem to last. It is great while it works though.

Recently decided to change out my old doorbell and went with the Nest family of products. I love the integration and connectivity. Looking forward to adding more tech to my home.

I just started updating my home with smart devices. I decided to try and keep it all using the same technology. It was easy to install, easy to use. Just wish I didn’t have to purchase a membership to view videos

Originally bought an Arlo and returned it for this b/c I wanted integration with the Nest Hub and the other nest products I own. I wish Nest had native HomeKit integration, but it's still a fanastic and reliable product.

I like how this doorbell, in addition to being a great camera/2 way speaker, it has the functionality to silence the doorbell for a time if you have sleeping kids or a dog that hates doorbells.

Peace of mind is what we wanted! Great range of visibility. Can see clearly for almost a block. Would recommend to anyone that gets a lot of packages delivered like we do.

It’s great to be able to see who is at the door before getting up. What is really nice is how wide of an angle it give you. My neighbor called me one day and asked if it happened to catch who was letting their dog do it’s business in his yard. We nailed the guy!

After some research between Nest & Ring. Both have similarities in the pros & cons field. There were some things I liked about Ring. But Nest has more to what I was looking for.

Can almost smell the thieves trying to come up to my front door and steal my package, no pun intended. It’s a camera and a door bell and gets the job done!

great video doorbell good resolution but i do not want to be paying a subscription if your are no planning to pay the subscription stay away from it it is useless without it
