Work as expected, the only issue is that loose the WI-FI connections a lot. Got around to that assigning the same IP to my router for the connection and so far no more offline issues.

I made the switch from ring to google; why? 24 hours recordings and great video recordings. You will never miss a beat. Did not give 5 star because I think they can do a better job when it comes to wear and tear with this product.

With the smart connection to my google home hub and my other google devices, I now dont have to worry about not knowing if someone is at the door or if any packages have arrived. I love it!!

Great item with all necessary security features at a reasonable price. As a bonus it was on sale at Best Buy.

Previously had the Ring. Was not happy. False notifications prevalent. Audio never did work well. Only negative is the subscription a little pricey. No Battery option available.

The nest doorbell works so well I purchased this one for my back door. I purchased my first one in June for the front door. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!!!

The hardware installation was easy. Took about 25-30 minutes if you’re being meticulous. But after that the software was a nightmare to setup. Had to perform an act of god to get it to connect to the app but after it was much better and it works great now.

I installed this today and so far so good know who is approaching before you stop what ever you are doing it as wll records audio

The quality of the video, color during daytime and B&W at night, is excellent. It provides alerts when a person approaches the door.

I purchased this as a gift for a family member. She is extremely happy with this video doorbell and has been pushing me to purchase one for myself. She loves the video option.

I am not a tech guys. So these items had me a bit intimidated. Opened them up, installation pretty straight forward, get the app and your new camera is up and running.

After some installation challenges I got it up and working with out to much trouble advise watch the help videos on YouTube. I don’t have any previous experience with door bell camera so can’t make a good comparison. Overall I am satisfied

I feel a lot better having one. Works great with phone. It does go offline sometimes. We did not feel the need for doorbell adapter because our phones and speakers work with it seamlessly.

Great doorbell, and since it's wired it has a nice small imprint! Also, it comes with the adapter to get power from the transformer!

Great product, received in timely fashion, easily installed. Quick setup and works great. Video quality is out of this world, day and night.

I swapped a Ring out for this because it will display on the Hub screen without having to go through Chromecast. It works and stays connected to my WiFi better than the Ring did.

The entry to my house is recessed, similar to an alcove. Thus, the sun does not shine in the area. Even though it is daylight outside, the picture is not very clear unless we have a light on in that area. It is a good camera but does have some restrictions.

We have kids and they constantly answer the door without thinking. This has helped a ton to have them check who is at the door first and since it’s video they think it’s a blast.
