The camera has a nice wide angle which is key as I positioned it where the original doorbell was. While this position is somewhat low, the cameras wide angle captures even the tallest visitors.

I have a nest hello in one of my doors and works flawless, so I decided to get a second one for my other entrance door but it will connect and by next day it will be offline! So I assumed that my WiFi was weak since my phone will disconnect during setup, so I decided to get a new better router, old one was about 10 years old! This time I had a stronger signal at the doorbell spot, but still the same after setup the next morning kept going offline, I decided to return it but they were out of Hellos, so I ended up getting a Ring 2 and it’s being 3 days already and it’s still working fine, so at this point it can only be 2 things, 1.- defective camea or 2.- the APP is got bugs on it!

Works pretty well as long as it can get a good internet connection. It seems to be very handy and has a pretty good range of view. Definitely enjoying this thing!!

The video nest doorbell works great, it is well worth the price. I was lucky enough to purchase it when there was a sale also and saved fifty dollars.

This is the best doorbell ever it announces when some is at your door if you have google homes the nest aware is basically $6 and its fully worth it.

Love this doorbell, It pairs very well with the nest ecosystems - I have the smoke detectors 2nd Gen and 2 3rd Gen thermostat - the door works very well, and very quick notifications. the best out there

This doorbell works and also looks attractive. The downside however is the unacceptable delay in sending notifications. Say a delivery person leaves a package at the door, the notification doesn't come until after that person had dropped the package and left. No doubt you will see the package and the picture of the person that left the package, but not in real time. I have checked my house doorbell transformer and it meets the standard required by Nest.

I purchased this door bell as a Christmas gift for our household, so I haven't opened the box yet. I made my choice based on the many positive reviews I found. Looking forward to installing it.

Working well now. Front door and back. I wasn't getting enough voltage from my older 16 volt regulator. Had a electrician replace with a 24 volt regulator

My parents get a lot of things shipped to home, and not all delivers notify you that something has been delivered. This solves that problem. It lets you know when someone walks in it’s field of view. No more worrying about their meds sitting on the porch.

Gives us piece of mind when we aren’t home, love getting notifications when anyone is nearby or when I just want to check to make sure all is well. Highly recommended!!

This is a product that I never thought I would want to purchase, now just like our cell phones; not sure how we lived without one. I think everybody should have one. Five Stars for sure!

Check to make sure you have a chime in your home with a transformer, or you'll need to find an alternate way to connect this. We just ordered a plug-in for this from google and will attempt to run that power cord and connect it via the nest mini. We haven't been able to run it, due to the additional plug-in and potentially new chime that we may need to buy for it. Once that's complete, it may be worth more stars, but the setup has been more complicated than other nest cameras.

We had the ring brand before, but the lag was unacceptable even with a great internet connection. Just swapping to the Nest made everything function like it should. Setup was a breeze.

Great product. My only complain, my doorbell stop working until I did an update. In the troubleshooting process I replaced the whole doorbell system.

Would give it a 5 if I didn’t have to sign in over an over again, other than that a great little system without having to subscribe to a service

I had a issue after the 30 days, but I reached out to nest and after a couple of troubleshooting steps they were able to replace door bell under warranty.

I've bought 3 of these. One for my old place and two for my new one. Always easy to set up and use. The convenience and feeling of extra security is great

It is good to see if packages are left and who leaves them and to confirm no one is taking anything they shouldn't. Also it is nice to avoid answering the door for unwanted solicitors.

has a clear and good wide view. Had some problems with the wiring in the house. Also, had to have the app directly next to the unit to get it online. Once it was set up, it works Great!!
