Going Nest all the way. Only downside is that nest now wants you to integrate with Google Home, which means you can't add an Alexa skill.

We replaced a Ring Doorbell 2 with this since we started delving deeper into the Google ecosystem. This is without question better than the Ring Doorbell 2.

Used to have a RING, now i have something that works. Really like the fact that it records 24/7 and NOT whenever the dang RING feels like detecting movement...

Haven't installed yet. I just realized my door bell faces inside of my door. I'll have to relocate wires or have best buy come install it.

So glad i chose this doorbell. Video resolution is great even at night. Sound recordings are crystal clear too.

Sleek, stylish, and efficient! Love the integration into the Nest ecosystem. Being able to monitor who comes to the door while away from home has been super helpful, especially for delivery!

I tried out Nest, Ring, and Arki doorbells. Ultimately I kept the Nest since I already had a Near thermostat and didn’t really love the video interface it had with the cameras. Ring is what I’d call the best, but this was a close second.

Works seamlessly with the nest app and Google nest hub. So happy I purchased this product - your security is worth every penny!

We purchased this since our home came with the nest thermostat. We decided to just go with everything google.

Completely reliable, notifications appear on cell phone within seconds whether doorbell is rung or not. Great for knowing a package arrived if not at home right then.

Great piece of mind over the holidays with packages being dropped at all hours. Awesome for identifying the errant squirrels and rabbits destroying any plants.

I got this over the ring for these reasons: 1. Size. Super slim compared to ring. 2. Part of Google ecosystem. 3. Monthly plan prices are good for monitoring.

This is the second Nest camera I have purchase. They are super easy installs and the app is great. Worth paying for the subscription service, but it is minimal.

Purchased Hello Nest... and I am very happy with product. Pryor to purchase did my home work and decide to but it... I Truly have no regrets and definitely recommend it!!

I have been looking forward to testing the Nest Hello. Our home is already wired with Nest thermostats, so adding the Nest doorbell seemed like a natural progression.  Nest recommends that you have an installation tech perform the install for you, but I am terrible at installing and wiring and found it a very simple process. So I recommend you save the install fee and do it yourself. If I can do it, you probably can, too.  NOTE - Nest Hello will not work with every doorbell system. You should go to Nest.com/works to see if your doorbell system will work with Hello. If you already have a Nest product, just click the tool gear in the app, then "Add product," then scan the QR code on the back of the Hello or on the package in the box. First, you will have to install the chime adapter to your chime. It's very simple. The hardest thing is figuring out which breaker to turn off so you don't hit yourself with any electrical current. But if you don't turn off the current, the shock shouldn't be very strong (I still recommend you turn off the current). After you install the chime, you then remove your prior doorbell, hook up the Hello, and turn the power back on. The Hello comes with an angle adapter, so you should be able to make it face the direction you prefer.  Once installed, the Hello is awesome! You get constant streaming video, which is clear night or day. Alerts come to any device you have linked your Nest account on, and you can interact with the person at the front door from wherever you are, whether that's from your kitchen or while on vacation. Voice can be two-way, but it's not automatic. You need to press the microphone button on the video screen to talk to the person outside.  Of course, you can change your settings within the Nest app.   You can record the video and save it. You can set up pre-recorded greetings. You can turn on familiar face recognition, and the app will tell you who is there when it recongizes the individual.  The only drawback is that if your power goes out, so does the doorbell. But that's the same for most other wired smart doorbells, and I think you get better features with the Hello.

I had the Ring 2 and got tired of the delay in connection so decided to buy Nest Hello and wow wow what a difference plus all the technology that it has.

This is a great product. It notifies you when someone is near the door and you can speak to them from wherever you are. Works very nicely with the Nest Thermostat as well.

This doorbell compliments my other Nest products. Great support, easy setup, great software and app. Only issues is dialing in the zones to prevent false notifications.

Good video quality, alerts and ring sound. Integrated with google family hub and impressed with many features with integration.

This is a fantastic doorbell. I had the Ring Bell as well and this one is much more anesthetically pleasing to look at. I'm also a brand guy. Google over Alexa so this was a no brainer.
