this was a gift for my son. He is extremely happy with this product and now I think I will get one for our house.

Shared our experience with family and friend over Christmas. Ended up installing two new Nest doorbells. Works like a champ. Gives peace of mind.

I was hesitant to get a doorbell like this but it has been great. Installation can be a bit tricky but not too bad.

Even though this is a "wired" doorbell, it still has an internal battery. This battery WILL FAIL after 1-3 years, then when the doorbell is rung the exterior chime will cut out and the unit reboots/becomes inaccessible for about 30 seconds to a minute. Google is aware and will not replace the unit unless it's still under warranty. To be fair, most other "wired" doorbells have the same setup/issue. If you buy this doorbell, either 1) plan on filing a claim just before the warranty expires or 2) learn how to replace this battery which is not designed to be replaced by the consumer. Our nest makes us feel safe at home, it has such a wide view we can see whose at our door and most of our front yard is within view as well

Video stopped working after 3 weeks only. It does not connect to Samsung Hub, which is big drawback for any smart house.

This was a gift for my son's home. He had to add some shims behind it to get it angled so it would show the stairs leading to his porch. And now it has a good range on the video. He is enjoying it.

Great product. Easy to install. Image quality is ver good and custom notifications. Looks great as well. I prefer stlying over ring.

works great. Although I have other Nest products this one took a little to get setup. When “hardwire” the doorbell not enough room to place the cables and snap the doorbell to the cradle.

The Nest Hello is a pretty impressive doorbell. Setup is easy following the directions (including videos) on the app. Once set up, the Nest Hello looks for movement and alerts you on the app. If someone rings the bell, you can not only see who it is, but you can also talk with them. I also like the facial recognition feature that tells you whose at the door, as long as you're willing to pay the $5/month fee for this service. All in all, this is a solid choice if you are in the market for a connected doorbell, especially if you are into the Nest/Google ecosystem.

Best camera doorbell great resolution and zoom. I have one at my house and want at my second home.
